Is it just me, but is dear Momo a bit emotional at the very end of RoR? What a show - I'd have given anything to have been there. But I'd have to save my pennies to see Legend MM, in which we'll get to see Momobanger! Can't wait.

Been waiting since 23rd February 2020 for this return (I passed on the Sabaton shows). Its nice to be close at these small venues but now I REALLY want to see one of the massive stadium performances they do in Japan. Hope you're well and continue coming to BBM shows... and keep up with the Switchframe videos too!
You are a legend Callie I think i got in the queue about 9.15 AM , people were saying you had the no1 spot ( again lol ) . The best 3 days ever with the most awesome people and the cookies helped so much .

Back in 2017 babymetal was performing 10 muinets from my house I didn't know babymetal until 2019. I could had seen all 3 original sue, moa and yui 😭 I have never been to a babymetal concert 😢
I don't quite understand the numbering on the hand thing, is that official or is that something you just do among yourselves? Although I don't think so cus I'm not sure how you'd get randomers to follow along
It's an honor system among fans (some rare venues also honor the system). The idea is: you arrive and intend to queue for most of the day/evening (maybe even night), etc. then get a number so when you go talk to others in the queue you can walk around and return to your spot later. Also you can take a toilet break or maybe breakfast/lunch/dinner, etc. Or as Callie did at the start of the video, she took a break to warm up from standing in the rain and probably drop some stuff off at the hotel/bnb/whatever so you are packing light for when the show starts. When it's warm you don't have to worry about coats, etc. so you can go straight to the doors of the performance hall (many also first need to get some merch, maybe drove there earlier that day and need to take a last toilet brake, etc.). If you are lucky the door is closed and we can line up in order again. Then when the door opens, we all go in. Those that came early do want to abide by the system, those that came late often didn't get a number and don't want to participate, but those at the front, for example number 10, will let number 9 get in front of them. They might have seen this person early in the morning already and seen them around all day. So they know they are legit.
Oh thank you for explaining, that makes sense. But I assume there's a chance someone who is near the front of the queue might not want to take part and instead take their chances at getting to the front? It's not like someone with a number on their hand can prevent that from happening right? Everyone does seems to be quite good at following the system though@@autohmae
