I would've washed that other coil. Those microchannel coils hold so much dirt. I bet those coils were so dirty that head pressures went so high it blew the weakest joint in the system. I've had to change these micro channels on box car units and it was avoidable if techs would just take time to check the coils and head pressures. Your a good tech and enjoy your content. Keep it up
I assume that what youre having on your condensingline on the manometer is a vacuum-gauge? Hats off for pressurizing the system with it connected, that requires some balls
Love your enthusiasm. We need more guys like you in this trade. Keep the videos coming.

It would be nice to see some type of movable, lightweight platform for you techs to stand on instead of the I-beam...
Nicely done btw 💪🏼🤙🏼
Nice brazing skills
Nice material. Well performed task. 👍👍👍😎

Question brother. Please How much the cost price for replacement and installing this condenser coil. Thanks
You don't need superheat or subcooling. Just charge it by weight.
Great Video.Thank you for sharing
SUPERB WORK!! stay safe!!
Great follow up video
How come not leave the coil in the box or protect it?
Because it has to be roped up a roof on about three different platforms. The box probably weighed more than the coil.
@@frankigi I mean even a layer of card board to protect those fins. Those micro channels are pretty fragile
@@DetectingArizona so what ?
YOURE A BEAST

Perfect fix 👍🏻
Always feels safer using pure acetalene.... Burnt holes through copper one to many times using oxy-acetalene... I have no finesse I guess....
No crane needed.
