✅ 1 pack 10 gr plain nutrijel jelly powder
✅ 1 tbsp agar agar powder
✅ 80 gr granulated sugar (according to taste)
✅ salt to taste
✅ 700 ml water
✅ enough red chili food coloring
Ingredients for mango flavored rainbow shaved jelly:
✅ 1 pack 10 gr plain nutrijel jelly powder
✅ 1 tbsp agar agar powder
✅ 80 gr granulated sugar (according to taste)
✅ salt to taste
✅ 700 ml water
✅ to taste light yellow food coloring
Ingredients for melon flavored rainbow shaved jelly::
✅ 1 pack 10 gr plain nutrijel jelly powder
✅ 1 tbsp agar agar powder
✅ 80 gr granulated sugar (according to taste)
✅ salt to taste
✅ 700 ml water
✅ to taste light green food coloring
Ingredients for fruits:
✅ 1 jumbo apple
✅ 200 gr grapes
✅ 200 gr longan fruit
✅ 150 gr canned oranges
✅ 50 gr pearl sago seeds
✅ 3 tbsp basil seeds
Ingredients for milk sauce:
✅ 400 ml (1 kg) full cream sweetened condensed milk
✅ 1500 ml water
✅ to taste salt
✅ add all the fruit, pearl sago seeds, basil seeds, all the shaved jelly
✅ fiber cream creamer powder (according to taste)
