What a great movie it was! Some wonderful film clips of their life. Joy was and still is a darling of C & W in Australia. It is great that the movie gives recognition to Joy as the backbone to Slim and the writer of most of his songs. Go see the movie - loved it!

What LEDGNS SLIM AND THE FAMILY ARE NEVER BE THE SAME SADDLY MISSED I AM NOT SURE IF THE MC KEAN SISTERS ARE STILL WITH US I MET HEATHER WHAT A BEAUTIFUL LADY SAD 😭 I NEVER MET JOY OR SLIM I SEEN THE MC KEAN SISTERS AND SLIM AT THE TASSIE RACECOURSE IN THE 90S THEY WHERE BRILLIANT ALSO THEY HAD OTHER BANDS PLAYING AS WELL BUT I THINK I DROVE ME MATE UP THE WALL ASKING WHEN IS SLIM COMING ON HE PLAYED LAST GOD BLESS HIM AND AS WE WHERE JUST COMING IN TO THE FESTIVAL I COULD HEAR THE MCKEAN SISTERS SINGING AND I PANICKED THAT I MISSED THE PART OF THE SHOW SLIM DUSTY BUT I WAS EARLY WE HAD ALL DAY TO LISTEN TO SLIM THANK THE GOOD LORD I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT DAY THEY SHOULD HAVE A DAY EVERY YEAR FOR SLIM AND THE LEDGNS THAT TRAVELED ALL AROUND AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 GOD BLESS YOU ALL SLIM AND THE FAMILY WILL LIVE FOR EVER WARREN AND INGRID MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA,🥰😍😻🤠♥️🐂💤🎶🎵👍👍👍🐫👍
