Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in Cebu City. Package 1 or phase 1 starts at EMall, along N. Bacalso Avenue, Cebu City. Our walking tour starts at N. Bacalso Avenue, towards Jones Avenue, then to Fuente Osmena and to the Cebu Provincial Capitol.
