Im 43 yrs old and I live alone with a dream of building a tiny house or even a conversion that I will live in till my dying day. I'd love to live in a like minded community. So far I've been watching and learning about tiny homes and conversions for the last 3 yrs. The reality is I don't know anyone that would help me to fulfill my dream. That is unless I've got a lot of money and unfortunately I'm on a budget like most folks. But someday I know I will live my dream just as this young lady lives hers.
I think I love this way of life. Thanks for showing what she's done here. Many women are left without resources after a divorce. She decided to make the best of it and lives a wonderful life.

Hopefully you would the same if it was a man...it's not unusual for me to see women doing things such as building, designing, creating. I always wonder why it comes as a shock to some.

An Amish friend has given me a 16x20 building that I can have for the cost of moving it. It will be a woodworking shop. God has been good to me and I feel blessed.
*At your age, living solo and independent I salute you enjoy your life!* 😆
I just love ❤️ how our Father in heaven will continually make a WAY...he definitely directed her path. Much encouragement, support and admiration to you Dear Lady! 🤔🙇🏻♀️🙏🏽❤️👍🏽🔍💗🕊
WOW, I'm so happy for her. Women's power for sure.
Quanta sabedoria... Realmente nós seres humanos, não fazemos idéia de como somos capazes de transpor obstáculos, até sermos desafiados a fazê-lo. Formidável, a maneira como essa senhora vive, isso sim é ser resiliente.
I’m impressed and proud of you, Brigitte. You faced many fears and here you are independent and truly happy. You inspire me.
Wow, this lady is simply amazing!! I love her life philosophy and her mindset of keeping it simple. She is truly an inspiration!!
This woman is an inspiration! Brave taking in her own hands literally another ways of living.
remarkable she did it for her retirement
Hopefully you would the same if it was a man...it's not unusual for me to see women doing things such as building, designing, creating. I always wonder why it comes as a shock to some.
I feel peaceful just watching the video. Hard to imagine how it would feel to live it. Very appealing.
Fascinating lady and enjoyed her outlook on life.
What a lovely lady and a lovely home! I wish my mom summoned the courage to do the same, get a divorce and do the things she had always wanted... So much wisdom shared here: "If you get exposed to different ways of living, then you don't have to feel afraid for the future if things change", sooooo true!
This is exactly what i needed to see today. Pure Inspiration, guts and determination. What an amazing lady, and a beautiful home. You are an inspiration.💖💪💪
I’m so impressed with this beautiful lady so kind and simple.
Beautiful life! Having grandma this close is so great for the grandchildren too! The Grandmother effect is real, from the Blue Zones, for longevity and health of the family :) very inspiring! I hope I can do something similar. I'm 64...
YOU GOT THIS!! I believe in you :)
@@kasandramullins9890 mahalos, I live on Maui.... My children live up in the NW though
@@The24552455 any way to move closer to them? Or them to you?
@@kasandramullins9890 I'm coming to them now 4-5 months a year because I work for myself and started receiving my SS...I'm considering a small used motor home though to stay in when I visit then can take the grandchildren (1 or 2 or 3 if they are good) on camping trips...
@@The24552455 Sounds like you have a solid plan :D I hope it all works well for you all
what a wonderful way to live, share and be alive, appreciate the beauty of life by living with less and enjoying what you have. This is the true meaning of life! God bless and wish we could all live like this
What a remarkable woman, I am impressed. Living simply in the country, you have it all lady! The best part is you built it!!!!!!
Brigitte, I simply love your tiny house. Your attitude towards life and nature is refreshing. I have oodles of respect and admiration for you.
I am woman, hear me ROAR ! Much respect to you Brigitte. Well done and thanks for sharing this inspiring story.
She Absolutely has a beautiful soul! The tiny house is awesome~ good job!
"That's my approach to life in general,".. Very admirable
I'm inspired and love the way she, fear is your biggest obstacle.
I respect and admire this lady very much. She has built a wonderful place to live and she is a great example for the younger people.
Very nice. It’s so nice to see older women doing things like this. Wtg
Better yet, great to see all humans doing it themselves..
"Sharing is caring" learn something from this lady people!!! These days everyone is so damn selfish! I respect this way of life as long as she happy, healthy and safe. Fighting back the tears at the end, since she reminds me of my late mother....gardening and knitting and book club 😪 goooo live ob your own terms you're doing amazing! 1👍🏽👍🏽
It’s a beautiful home! I have been planning my tiny retirement home for years. I know just what she meant when she said the hardest part was making decisions! I’ve changed my mind about some things a dozen times.
Facing your Fears is One of the Most Growing Experiences You Can Achieve! Bravo! 😃💗👍
Hello how are you doing?
Brigette - Thank you for sharing. This life you have developed for yourself is ... well, I do not have words to describe the positive feelings I have. Again, Thank You!
Love this woman's Outlook on life and her willingness to jump right in and just do it. Beautiful lady😊
Love the outside, so very rustic and beautiful. Wild flowers make it so beautiful
That lady is An absolute inspiration!! I lived off grid in my 20's everyone thought I was crazy. I actually loved it but at that age I did secretly feel I was missing out on the down town scene a bit. I was with a guy and it didn't work out and I moved on. Way happier now but I did truly love that lifestyle. I can see a tiny house in my future. I like the commune idea. The village lifestyle. I have a feeling it will soon swing back that way .😃
