Ciera Webster i use the basic of the basics man lol windows move maker and the youtubers creators studio so I don’t use copyrighted music ;) and I record with obs which is free and very easy to use!
Try using autodesk sketchbook; there's a button that records as you draw, and you can speed up or slow down the recording once you've finished. And from what I know the mobile is completely free, every brush and setting. I don't know about the desktop version tho. Happy drawing!
