Below is some information on the reader and what it felt like to make this recording.
Today I came across the Blake Society and their website, and these wonderful recordings of his unique poetry and lithographs. He was quite a revolutionary man. I expect he thought rather highly of Benjamin Franklin.
Anyone watching this in 2020? During all the gloval turmoil ?🤔

Read beautifully by Jane Boston. Thankfully without the amateur dramatics found on so many of the other recordings. Has Jane recorded any other of William Blakes Poem's ?

America a Prophecy is a 1793 prophetic book by the English poet and illustrator William Blake.
Blake was not an 'illustrator.'

@@cawiltu I honestly don't know why I said that. I must have been drunk or something. Blake certainly illustrated and I honestly knew that when I made the comment. Maybe I was making some dumb clumsy point about his other talents and general passion? Embarrassing comment anyway lol.
