I have heard of people experiencing similar things and then keeping the memory in their head and then obviously avoiding swimming. So great you got over your fear as swimming is my favourite thing to do.

Congrats for having the courage to go into the water again. I can totally relate to your story as I've experienced this too at the beach and I'm a good swimmer. I now only swim in shallow water but hope to conquer my fear one day too. Thanks for sharing 👍❤️
