În the real exam we are not supposed to touch or examine the patient right?
Only on the mannequin, kindly confirm this, as well as do we need to verbalize what we are looking for or doing if it's not written in the task to verbalize?

Its not appropriate to talk or even breath while looking closely into ear/eye..as you are very close to patient...findings should be verbalize later on...once complete examination.
