Angular | Angular Tutorial for Beginners | Angular Event Binding
Love the way u explain, and the amount of topic covered. Great job! Keep going!
Your are one of the best example how India is growing in every aspect. Great voice and nice explanation. Thank you.
If the event concept (which start at 2:57) dosen't work then pass 'event : any' in onclick method as parameter then it will work. This error is due to version variations.
Thank you mate.
Thank You
Yes I did the same too.. but In console it is showing that it is 'pointer event' not mouse event. why?
@@udaykeerthi515 Same doubt

One of the best angular video.
really thanks a lot for your clear explanation,, with my best respect.
Tqs for updating series with respect to version change...
Thanks for this lesson.
Awsome explanation and examples
I have a few questions! I've noticed you declare "public" properties in the component class and yet the method for the event handler "onClick" had no modifier in front of it. Does it make it public? What scope is that? Are private methods & properties visible in the template? Are public properties visible in other components? Also a different question. What events are available apart from "(click)"? May I assume all the JavaScript events I already know are already available? Are there other new events I should be aware of? Many thanks
Awesome tutorial

Hi, I have two doubts in this tutorial. 1. When i created 2 buttons and passed greeting text to buttons one from event, other from html itself. Then both texts displayed near first button only. "Click" and "Welcome" . Ideally one text "Click" text should appear in first button and "Welcome" text should appear beside second button right. 2. When i tried to create 3 buttons and passing onClick() method, without arguments i.e. onClick($event), i am getting "Error: TS2393 Duplicate function implemation ".Could you please answer my questions.
welcome to codevolution
how to initialize the function without a button
thanks Vishwas

it would be great help if any text version of your explanation available .if possible *** ..Thanks Sir
If I used table inside a card...how to remove whitespace between them??... please help
Welcome to Codevolution
I used (input type=text) jQuery datepicker but the angular doesn't bind, struggling to find a solution. Plz help
keep get [WDS] Disconnected!
cant display the event info :- console says undefined
maybe you didnt put money $ front of the event word
event binding is that bind data from DOM to component
eg; (click)="demofunction()"
expecting soon service tutorial
Hi even handling $ not working
Error on below
onClick($event)
Can you help this out and I got same issue while $0.getattribute value as Ur previous tutorial
Try onClick(event: any) {} in component.ts
Same thing happened wrt me
I tried this in FireFox, there I got a click event instead of a Mouse event. Is this a case of Welcome to web development? (differences between browsers)
It must be browser specific. I've just tried it in Firefox and I get a click event. In MS Edge, I get a PointerEvent and in Chrome I get MouseEvent.
I hope the properties for that event matters more than the event name shown in the browser else it's same for JS running in V8 for that specific browser i.e click which seems to be working and so you get the console log. Every browser should be supporting the same properties for a particular event, if that is mismatching then there is something to worry about. And there is always MDN to help you out. :)

Love the way you explain. But is the content outdated? If so pls update if possible....
when to use interpolation versus direct property value. I am confused on this
Interpolation: when you want to show values as strings, property value: when you want dynamically bind, values or attributes, God bless you
Click is also a pointer
Event right ?, what is the difference between mouseEvent and pointerEvent
I want to bind img tag from database server
Пиздато объяснил спасибо !!
I am getting error as arameter 'value' implicitly
has an 'any' type.
add any to the evevt like this : onClick(event:any)
@@mahermaqboli5719 thanks a lot
You are Indian...I like your accent.
how to bind event on dynamically created element ?
event.originalTarget.parentNode.innerHTML += ' submit comment ';
Did you get the solution?
