I’m taking 1500 mg glutathione and 3000 mg vitamin c. I’m trying to go from chocolate to golden brown. When I hit the results how much to I lower to maintain colour? Love your videos 🥰🥰

I take mine although I smoke and drink! My thought on that is that it will still work! Your skin would look worse if u don’t… I take it to get my skin clear N glowy… I don’t think I take enuff to change my skin color. But I take Milk thistle everyday and more when I deink
