That was awesome! The wrap part gave me a good LOL
So good!! 🔥🔥
Awesome video and product!
Amazing stuff!
This was great!! Love the video
I know you'd suggest your product/service, but you you recommend vht flameproof "ceramic" header paint over wrap?
the DIY rattle can products you can apply yourself are essentially just temporary aesthetic coatings. if you have high grade stainless pipes on a mild build and you prep and cure them properly (likely need to take off headers anyway) then you might get some above average life, (be we honestly see many headers come in with worn out DIY header paint after people get sick of reapplying over and over). But non of the rattle can products will reduce heat or provide long term corrosion protection like our low emissivity coatings do. (i hope this helps)
So good 👏👏
Is there a clear ceramic option, is that a thing?
There is a clear coat ceramic but it doesn't hold up to the minimum temps needed to offer lifetime warranty, so it's only used as a "Stop blue" on commercial chrome parts
wtf is dis lmao
I had a reputable header that I wrapped and it cracked in about 20 different places, company replaced free of charge,I don't do wrap anymore
@@jefftheis742many cars come from the factory with fiberglass wrap on turbos and exhaust.
Even cheap old jeep sports come with wrapped exhaust.
The first headers had a factory defect. IMO.
@@jefftheis742headers can only get as hot as the exhaust passing through them. Wrapping headers doesn't increase heat. Your headers cracked because they were defective. If you had more experience or knowledge you would understand that. But you're going to judge a product based on your one use and experience. 😆
Ceramic coating doesn't work as good as wrap test it yourself do one in each and you can touch the fiberglass wrap but not the ceramic coated headers.
Paint your headers with exhaust paint then burn it off(cure the paint) and then wrap the headers.
@@Tofunation only if you ignore oil leaks. Manufacturers use wrap usually even my 2014 jeep has warp from the factory so does my sister's turbo Audi
Sure, wrap is great if you want to keep heat in... so much that it actually tempers the metal and cracks your headers.
That GOAT though!!
600 to coat my headers is quite a lot
You've spent more filling your tank up the last month! haha I Think of it like building a quality rifle. Good reliable parts aren't going to be cheap, but you won't be replacing them. Plus a rifle or (Insert any other tool. Fishing rod, bow, camera, etc.) is not used nearly as much as your daily driven vehicle. $600 for an extremely high quality and aesthetically pleasing product that actually does what it's made to do for life is a pretty good price to pay in my opinion. "buy once, cry once" is how I look at it. haha Cheers!
Idk about extremely high quality I have read plenty of negative reviews.
@@dukenukem5753 it has a lifetime warranty so if you think about it , those headers will last until you die , you can reuse those headers forever and save money from buying new ones
@@dukenukem5753if all you can consider is cost than you don't understand value. The coating adds a function to the headers and it involves a lot of processing, you think labor should be free or what?
@@perjian1697 Brand new BBK long tube headers ceramic coated cost me 450. If you think sand blasting and dipping headers is worth more than engineering designing and welding you don't understand you are getting ripped off.
Then, let’s see a Dino of a vehicle with jet hot, and without yet hot, that would be a real marketing sell
