- Is formula feeding OK?
•
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months.
•
There is no doubt that exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months has several health advantages for babies, however, not all moms are able to exclusively breastfeed.
•
There is nothing more important than a healthy mom in order to raise a happy, healthy baby. We recommend exclusive breastfeeding for a minimum of 6 months, but if at any point breastfeeding is affecting the health of the mother, we fully support formula feeding. And no mother should ever feel guilty about making that choice for her baby.

Thank you for this. I've exclusively pumped and supplemented with formula because my twins were premature, never able to latch and I never have made enough milk for both of them. People always act like you aren't really breastfeeding if you aren't nursing and even lactation consultants I've talked to have been super unhelpful since I'm not nursing. Not to mention people treat you like you're doing something harmful to your child if you give them formula and that just isn't true. My babies never would've been able to gain weight or thrive without formula
And some babies literally need certain dietary formulas
@@davidjackson9680 u wrong, my sister owns a daycare for over 10 years and one thing all premature babies especially (the milk having extraaaa nutrients) and regular babies need is breastmilk so if u have difficulty feeding them or ur milk doesn’t contain the necessary nutrition it may seem weird but then u would have to find a mom somewhere who has healthy breast milk for sale. May seem weird but the simple fact is that breast fed equals healthierr.
@@michaelcarter2633 I'd rather feed formula milk vs someone else's breast milk. But then that just me.
Yea people are like that, after having done everything last 9 months they still blame
But don’t forget there are heaps unable to have kids
So don’t worry about other, we cannot satisfy the whole world
So normal for twins
Thank you so much for this. I have massively struggled since my baby boy was born. His tongue tie and high palate was missed plus I had breast surgery resulting in 3 weeks of breastfeeding hell. I so desperately wanted to breast feed, but the reality is even with religious pumping my supply is still poor and I’m crying daily about it.
Your video made me cry (in a good way). I needed to hear a health professional say it’s ok and mean it to formula feed. Mum shame and guilt is real. The breastfeeding army of women who come down on us formula mums are the culprits. Most of us have truly tried our best. I know I certainly have. I love my boy more than anything in the world but he needs a happy mum, and right now that is not me.
I think the switch to sole formula feeding is the right choice for us.
Same here, my lil girl is a month old and she rufused to nurse i tried my best to make her nurse but she used to start cryng hysterically and i also used to cry and then i stopped, now im giving her formula though i m facing difficulty in managing formula milk for her as it is expensive
Hey even I had the same problem I suggest you aptamil formula milk for babies which is safe to use and helps to keep the baby immune system strong and good for digestion too
Feed liver as a first food. You could have added meat to your diet and have more milk. Also feed them honey when first born and they latch better
Bunchlie we have a same story, it's heartbreaking that being a mum and can't do breastfeed our baby even we want to.
Same here. I came to a point of breakdown because i cannot produce enough milk for my baby. I came to realise that if i push breastfeeding for my baby, i'm on the brink of developing depression which is even worst, i'm so anxious that time so without anyone telling me i switched to formula and now i am better and a happy mom for not letting guilt consume me. Who cares, i love my baby im her mom
My wife tried breastfeeding for a month while feeding formula but it just wouldn’t come in and she took it really hard and she felt badly. But it was hard for her to get pregnant in the first place she needed lots of hormones to maintain pregnancy so the breastfeeding was really hard. But some women just can’t and it’s okay.
Had the same issues.
Mother’s need to calm down. Why all the pressure to be perfect. I bottle feed they are alive and healthy and in their 50s. Just saying
Why did you bottle feed?
@@guardtheham1233 why not?
@@patriciaschuren2834 exactly !
It should be a choice .
I feel as if most bottle feed because they had a hard time getting baby to latch or not produce enough milk but some do it because they’re ready to go back to drinking or smoking after baby
From what i have seen personally , it is not always abt the mother sometimes the baby responds better to formula than breastmilk .
I have decided not to breast feed by child after birth. It is not for me and i am not feeling guilty about it
So don’t pressure yourself into do it if you don’t want to
I’m 17 weeks and This really gave me room to breathe. Thank you for this video. people have been asking me so often if I’m breastfeeding and saying how I should… I’m interested in breastfeeding if I’m able but I felt pressured. I’m going to politely turn those questions away because I really don’t think it’s anyone’s business how I’m able/choosing to feed my baby. I feel that I’m comfortable enough to express things about my pregnancy to a least 2 people but the questioning me with the intent to give me unsolicited advice is where I’m going to have to draw the line.
I encourage moms to push thru the initial period of milk not coming in right away. My milk took a few days to come in and all I had to do was work on the latch with a ton of UA-cam videos. My baby lost some weight from the delay and it was stressful and I was recovering from a c section but now my baby is very big and healthy and advanced from the effort I put into breastfeeding
Yes you’re correct. The stomach is the size of a marble when they’re born so they only need small amounts of colostrum regularly. Then as their stomach grows, your milk adapts. To match the nutritional needs, much larger quantities of formula is needed. This can stretch the stomach. (I’m a breastfeeding support peer in the UK)
Thank You so much for this because I feel so depressed and uncomfortable breastfeeding, but at the same time I feel guilty that I feel that way.
Then buy healthy breast milk from another healthy mother it’s simple the more a kid is breast fed the stronger there organs and bodies develop my sister has owned a daycare all my life and this is a simple fact

I needed to see this. I support my breastfeeding friends but some of them are so ridiculous about it. They must have something better to do than crucify other moms. I don't know that I would have bonded with my baby like I have if I kept trying to breast feed. It was taking me away from where I wanted my mind to be. I was lucky to avoid PPD and I can't help wondering if the breastfeeding struggle would have led me down that path. I held my baby for almost every second of his life in the first year and we're very close now. One natural benefit to an older child is that you don't have to talk about whether you breast fed anymore. Nobody cares. I love it. It's such a boring topic to me in general. Just love your baby.
They crucify you because you choose your temporary happiness and freedom of labor over your babies nutrition which formula is no where near compared to breast milk. Period.
I came to UA-cam in search for videos to make me feel less guilty about not giving my baby breastmilk anymore and solely giving him formula. I've struggled with having a low supply from the beginning. The stress of pumping around the clock, recovering from my c section, taking care of a 3 year old and being diagnosed with PPD has just become too much. I'm 8 weeks postpartum and feel terrible that I'm stopping but I'm exhausted physically and mentally. I only worry about my baby being more prone to infection if he were only or partially receiving formula. This video helped somewhat but i think the guilt will remain. My body just can't do what it's designed to do and mentally/physically I'm tired. Praying my baby remains healthy through this transition.
Don’t worry, I was prematured and formula feeded. Im in my late 30s and healthy, i had my baby 2 months ago, i had no breast milk and my baby has to survive somehow lol 😂
I’m also struggling and decided to stop. Recovering from C-section… My biggest fear is the risk of infection. How is your baby so far!
@@mekelahendric7662 ...is that True formula feeding baby is healthy?
@shwetapatil9328 it can be healthy but it is not as good as breastfeeding
@@fannydiallo6189 I was beeastfed for only 3 months and I'm hardly ever sick (I'm 35). I breastfed each of my kids for 5 months and they aren't more prone to infections than their cousins who were breastfed until they were 1,5.
I was so overcome with guilt with the fact that I wont be able to breastfeed because I will resume my medication for my mental health once I deliver. I felt like it would be selfish and detrimental to my baby and maybe I should endure my severe symptoms to prove I loved my baby. But when you said " there is nothing better for a newborn baby than a happy mom" I felt validation and peace that taking care of myself is not selfish but responsible. THANK YOU💕
You are being a good mom by taking care of yourself. Breastfeeding does not measure our value as parents. My mother was amazing and she didn't breast feed me.

Think about it this way: Are you going to be at your best as a mom without the medicine regulating your state? I have severe anxiety and I know if my anxiety isn't managed, I'm wouldn't be stable for the other important aspects of motherhood.
my daughter deliverd a baby boy. it was a c section. she didnt get milk, even after some medication. the mother was mentally ready to give bresat milk but for what reason she didnt get except few drops of cholestrum. the gyn and peadiatric doc 's didnt allowed us to feed the baby theformula and waited for mother milk. by that time baby blood glucose fell to minimum, admited to icu and they gave FORMULA!!..now boy is 8months, we observed very little abnormal movements of hand.... later after eeg, mri. he diagnosed 'infantila sezers ' .the cause is brain sufferd with low glycemia after birth. .so breat milk is good,,,, but in case of a galectoria, go for formula. protect, save the babies dont mad after breast milk
Omg that s true, i know a case like this.
I had c section and never seems to have breastmilk so i never worried about formula so he was fed with formula since he was born,
Some idiots here talk about late age sickness if not given breastmilk… i ask them to live in the moment before think about baby’s later life the baby has to survive and start the life healthy.
Better not to listen to some ……
Thank you! I felt very guilty after weaning my second baby at 8 weeks. But it was stressing me out, I was dreading it, I felt like I was having to constantly tell my 2 year old to wait because I was feeding the baby which stressed me out even more. I had built up a decent freezer stash of breast milk so I now feed him mostly formula with a bottle or two a day of breastmilk a day. This video provided me some much needed reassurance.
Breast milk is always safe for baby do drink fenugreek boiled water 2glass per day and drink milk after every meals and do eat fresh green vegetable definitely this will be helping out to increase the breast milk
If above don't work do check out aptamil formula milk for babies which is safe to use and helps to build a strong immune system and good for digestion too
I feel guilty too, I’m trying to have my baby take the bottle she’s been refusing it, I think at some point the inevitable will have to happen since I I have to go back to work soon! I tried to formula feed too but the way my baby throws up the formula alarms me. When I breast feed she barely throws up.
Exactly the same for me lol breast feeding has been a great experience for me I love it!
probably threw up because you might of gave your baby a lil more milk than the baby can take in so they throw it up but i could be wrong, thats why my baby girl throws up because we accidentally had gave her more milk than she normally drinks

I am the one who had good supply but because i was too over worked snd nobody helped me so i couldn't breastfeed my baby. I feel guilty every moment of the day.
I have never breastfeed because I was thinking about what if I'm not doing right, what if my nipples become too sore to feed or what if I'm not producing enough so that's why I choose formula. I always felt guilty because I didn't choose it now I'm having another baby and I still think formula would be better for me because I still have those concerns.
Nah! Don't feel guilty. I'm the same. Chose to bottle feed from the very beginning. I have 2 flat nipples and allergies run in the family, so I was not gonna put myself through that misery. Happy mom, happy baby (after switching to aminobased formula, because surprise surprise DS had severe cow's milk allergy)
I had problem in breastfeeding so my doctor prescribed me aptamil formula milk it's good ND gut issue has solved ND sleeps sound sleep
Its good to hear that breast feeding it not the only way to bond with the baby. As a dad this is reassuring that I can also bond with baby
yes , well said . I was not able to express much and our pediatrician suggested us to go for Aptamil, it is close to breast milk
Ladies! Stop with the external pressure for breastfeeding. If you are miserable, why do it. Most of the women I know who have breastfed had major problems such as bleeding and infections. My DIL developed depression bc of the pain. She dreaded her baby waking to be fed. She had lactation consultants. This garbage has to stop.
If ur miserable lol ? U do it to do the best for ur child ? I have seen for over 10 years babies who have been fed with breast milk get significantly stronger and healthier than gmo milk if ur not healthy enough to produce healthy milk and pump enough human growth hormone to grow the organs then u will have to find a mother who is producing lots and healthy which is kind of weird but once tested and secure this will be the best option
If you are able to breastfeed and don't, you're POS mom...
LOL the audacity of this comment to think breastfeed is 'a garbage has to stop'. i think breastfeeding is our obligation to our babies, its their rights to have the best nutrition!!! breastmilk is far more superior compared to formula. god given duh, rich in LIVE antibodies for our babies to enter this hostile world. Yes, many women struggle to breastfeed, myself included: sore nipples, low milk production, not being able to move freely bcs there's another person depend on you 24/7. but thats the beauty of motherhood and its all worth the effort, my baby is now 9months old, pandemic baby for sure, he had been in close contact with covid many times but thanks to breastmilk, he never been positive until today!!

My late Nan always used to judge or question why people don't breastfeed till she seen my mum couldn't pump enough milk, machine or not. After that, she was open-minded. Some people need to know why to fully understand.

Ha e a 7.5 year old and a 5 month baby. I am primarily responsible for the entire house, kids including school drop offs and pickups, drop off n pick up from all the extra curricular activities. Due to all of this, I could spend less time with my new baby n they had to be fed on formula. Now the baby doesn’t latch for longer. They want to be bottle fed. I pump occasionally. So breast milk is less but the baby is doing fine. Now 6th mo th started n I am starting semi solid n the baby already loves the food. I keep telling myself that I am doing enough for both the kids. N I should be proud no matter what everyone else says as nobody came for any help during and after pregnancy n postpartum. When they don’t help, I don’t take their feedback to heart. Babies and bones is breast feeding along with formula feed is good for baby health?
I chose formula feeding right off the bat. My healthy well being was the best for our babies. I knew how much milk they were getting, they slept longer than my friends' babies who were breast fed. Some babies actually don't like breast milk. My brother refused to breastfeed. The doctor said it was because breastmilk is too sweet in some women, and to this day, he is a grandfather and does not like sweet things. My babies were happy and hydrated and they are now healthy young adults. Stop saying breast feeding can prevent breast cancer. I hear you trying to be nice to women who just aren’t cut out to deal with breastfeeding. By default of being human, if there’s a product that fulfills the market for whatever a person wants relief from irregardless of the natural stress it inherently causes, appease to those people because, not only are they human, they’re willing to work to make money to buy/spend their money on a product which can make their life easier. btw, they’re able to produce this product naturally on their own but, they just desperately need the formula because life without it would be just too stressed out for them T o do it. I get it.

Breastfeeding moms fo however experience an additional bond that is nonexistant In formula fed moms. Having your baby thrive with your fluids is a bonding experience that is very special indeed.
Another male having an opinion on a subject unrelated to them. What next, unsolicited advice on labour pain relief?
What do you know about bonding experience during breastfeeding anyways? Bottle fed babies have a chance to bond with both parents and nighttime duties can be shared equally. I was breastfeeding my firstborn and hated every single moment of it. It was horrible and painful, my nipples were cracked and were bleeding with every feed (extra nutrients for the baby, right?). I also had mastitis. It was my biggest mistake to endure it for 9 whole months. My next child is due in July and it will be bottle-fed from the moment I'm out of hospital, I'm not putting myself through that ordeal again.
There is too much pressure on women breastfeeding and it's only guilt tripping the mother's that can't breastfeed. Formula might be slightly inferior to breast milk but its far from a poor subscribe and bottle fed babies are thriving. In the end the choice whether to breastfeed or not ultimately belongs to mothers and "fed is best".
I’m a woman and I agree with this man. The struggle I had to endure to make sure my milk came in and watching my baby become healthy off of my body is something that is just incomparable to what I imagine feeding a baby formula only. Even when I pump milk and my husband bottle feeds the baby is no where near as connected. Breast feeding is just a spiritual bond

If I don't go to work then we are already behind on everything, I thought I had everything ready in my head but now I'm so scared to fully switch to formula because I don't have the pumps or everything for storage and it will be hard where I work to pump if I get one, because I'd be walking to work. I don't want to make a mistake by switching fully to formula but I also want to have money for bills and for anything my son needs
You actually have so many issues but formula milk are safe why don't you switch to aptamil formula milk for babies which is safe and worth using as it helps to build strong immune system and good for digestion too
How did it go mama?? Did you switched to formula? I also have to go back to work soon and my baby refuses the bottle, I’m stressed out , -and I understand your situation, I can’t afford not having a job
Wearable pumps are so worth it
My baby is 2 month old and mostly do breastfeeding but sometime we have to give formula milk....is there any harm if we use formula milk once in a day.....just to give some rest to my wife...your reply will be highly appreciated..

Formula is absolutely ok.

What is your recommendation for baby formula?
Pro-advance is the closest to breastmilk and doesn’t contain high fructose corn syrup.

This advice is terrible. Since when did we become a society that prioritizes self? We should be promoting responsibility for others (our babies!) and prioritizing our baby's health over our own.
Worst advice in this video.
No offence intended, but this seemed quite unscientific and unhelpful. No references to any studies or evidence that back up any statements. Nutrient contents of breast feeding & bottle feeding. Which bottle is best. You mentioned stress. Quite a large topic and felt in different ways. It all just seemed very casual and vague with the info.
if i ever have a kid one day i am definitely not breastfeeding

I formula fed from the day one. The thought of breastfeeding, the sensory overload of the whole experience, freaked me out and caused me a ton of anxiety before my baby was even born. It’s not always worth trying. ☺️ My anxiety was relieved the minute I decided to formula feed and I’m a better Mum for it.
I never had babys so I guss I can get breasr cancer.
So how are yours babies now . Considering that some baby formulas have heavy metals in them. I’m hearing about this now . And on top of the mmr vaccine . It’s almost hard to not have a baby without autism am I right . My toddler is 2.5 yo now and walks on his tippy toes and doesn’t say words. Before the mmr vaccine he said my name “Anthony” perfectly.
I feel lied to and used by America 🇺🇸. Tbh I’m Angry . I love my boy , he’s my rock, my world and my happiness . Is anyone else angry and heartbroken? I would love to talk to someone beside my wife who feels this way . I’m moving to Colombia and living on a farm as soon as I can .

Of course it’s okay! It’s not breast milk, which is the best thing you can offer, but yes it’s okay of course!
Why do you not upload anymore?
I've breastfed my baby for 3 years
My
Daughter did formula and breast from beggining and I was delighted with that for many reasons... now at 7 months she totally weaned herself off and wants only formula in the bottle...
What gives??? Please help me ! I wasn’t psychologically prepared for that... wanted her on breast until 2 lol ty

My mom (in the late 1950 to early 1960s) was told by her sister that it was dirty to breast feed and not to do it.
Hm
Can you elaborate why it was seen as ‘dirty’?
Same. My mom was also told only poor people breastfeed and was pushed formula in the 70’s. Very different than today.
Babies and Bones
Breast fed babies receive antibodies from the mother to help them develop a healthy immune system. The benefits to the baby are LIFELONG. They have a reduced risk of asthma, allergies, obesity and autoimmune diseases. Why would a mother put her body through pregnancy for nine months, just to make a lifestyle choice for herself that could risk such health repercussions for her child? Even if you stop breast feeding at three months, you’ve made such a difference to the future health outcomes of your child. In the short term those are issues that will cause you inconveniences of time and money. Medicines and special diets to avoid common food allergens cost money. Trips to the asthma clinic require time off work…. Meanwhile corporations make profit from these health issues.
There are valid reasons why a mother can’t breast feed her baby, but ‘it’s time consuming and inconvenient’ absolutely shouldn’t be one of them. Many sacrifices come with motherhood, this isn’t one that should be dismissed too lightly.
Me and my siblings were all formula fed babies in the 70s. My brother suffered great distress with digestive issues as an infant and with childhood eczema and asthma. Yes there’s a hereditary aspect, but I can’t help feeling that not giving his immune system the start in life that nature intended, increased his suffering unduly.
I breastfed and got sick easily no matter what the weather was. Being breastfed doesn’t guarantee you will never get sick in your lifetime, and the human body might develop things out of nowhere even if you are a healthy person. Also breastfeeding for some women can be a painful process
He’s no expert on this field, and no one ever talks to him about breast feeding. Then why is he on this video?
Because Isn't that her husband?
He's an orthopedic surgeon, so he does have more education on breast feeding v formula feeding than most people, particularly dads.
Anything good doesn't come easy. Not sure why something stressful, because it has a learning curve like anything else, isn't encouraged. Just get through the tough part and then it's SO EASY after that.
I don't know how you can expect women to get through the 'tough' part like it's riding a bike. Stress can stop breast milk production. You think we can just turn it in on and off like a switch?
Mom's using baby formula vs breastfeeding is a decision mainly decided on their femine figure.
Baby formulas are highly processed. No different than having a Big Mac and fries.
That could be the reason why we have so many obese kids in this country.
They are being mutated to become chubby kids.
Ever heard about low milk supply?

Western women adopted the baby formulas just like they adopted processed and ready made foods. Most people in the USA dont eat wholesome foods anymore. The reason for the sick and obesity.

The actual difference between a breast fed baby and aGMO baby is astronomical. The bones and structural build of a bottle fed child is night and day as compared to a child breast fed.

Yep. It’s just common sense
@@jamiesung4755 you clearly lack common sense
You should not be promoting formula at all. This is sick. Mother's will go through stress no matter what so stop coddling us moms. We need help with pushing through the beginning of nursing. Formula feeding isn't natural. So moms should try their best to get through it. I understand if it's due to something medical but if you just give up cause it's hard or because you want to party then your week and shouldn't be a mother.
@@simplisticintricate We need to be natural. People like you will be willing to purge if the government would make it a law. Just because society is becoming more and more like plastic and robotic doesn't mean it doesn't change society for the worst. Glad I'm apart of the word of God and do everything I can to be as natural as possible. It feels better that way TRUST, it's common sense 👌 God bless 🙌🙏😊❤
@@simplisticintricate Every study they've done shows higher IQ in babies that are breastfed. You can think what you want but those are the proven facts.
First of all, she isn't promoting formula. Second, NO! nobody should be pressured into anything, nor formula nor breast feeding. And sorry to burst your bubble, but not all moms choose formula just because 'they like to party/drink/smoke". Where do you get that from???
@@n7_102 read my comments again. Thanks 😊
@@guardtheham1233 yeah, read some of your comments. Still think you're prejudiced.
Can we stop trying to prevent hurting Mothers feelings and actually talk about why breast milk is better for baby?
I think this imminently doable for at least six months. Some new moms don't even try to prioritize breastfeeding for that long. And to be honest, it's not because they can't find the time to feed or pump, it's because they're worried about sagging breasts.
🤦♂️
Are you serious? You have no idea what some moms are going through or why they choose to use formula. Your comment is incredibly ignorant.
I’ve been combo feeding my baby because of several reasons, including major surgery I had to have 7 weeks postpartum. It was not “imminently doable” for me to exclusively breastfeed, especially being on multiple medications for the surgery.
I think moms should be well educated on their options but not shamed or accused of being vain because sometimes EBF is not doable for them.
I see a lot of videos entitled 'the pressure to breastfeed'. Let's just be clear. Breastfeeding is what women have been doing for millennia. It is the most natural and healthy way to feed your baby.
Feeling pressured has nothing to do with it. You are raising a child. What do you expect? A walk in the park? You will feel stressed and you will be inconvenienced and you will have to make sacrifices. It's part and parcel of being a mother.
But also the mothers health and well-being matters.
If a mother is depressed or in serious pain that can lead to her and the baby being unwell.
No one is saying having a child is a walk in the park, but it’s a lot nicer to go on a walk without a bunch of witches making remarks at you.
If someone does breast feed for whatever reason, mental health, physical health or just doesn’t want to bc that’s not what she wants to do, She should be able to do that without judgment.
Times have changed you ding dong.. women have to work nowadays. Even if you get maternal leave to situate yourself and baby with breastfeeding; once you jump back into work it is a nigtmare, it can screw you up, lower milk production, baby's latching,etc... In today's world the majority of households need both partners working.. ALOT HAS CHANGED IN A MILLENNIA
A mothers needs to be her best self first to be able to provide and meet her baby’s needs. No one said having a child is easy, as hard as it is that is why mothers need to take care of themselves
Breastfeeding is king, every health expert agrees. It's better in everyway for the child. I know this day and age a lot of people aren't used to doing difficult things or forcing themselves to be patient/put up with difficult circumstances. But I implore you, if you decided to have a baby, put the effort in an breastfeed them, don't go looking for validation that you don't need to, put the newborn first.
It's best, true. But if it's too hard to the point you're not enjoying your baby, then it isn't worth it. Being a good parent isn't about breastfeeding or not, but also about spending quiality time with them and caring about their emotional development since the moment they are born.
I have 2 flat nipples, PCOS and allergies run in the family. So no, I didn't even try breast feeding and thank god I didn't! DS had cow's milk allergy from day 1 and with the formula we immediately knew. He was on amino-based milk from 5 weeks old and since then a happy smiley good sleeping baby. Breast is NOT always best!
@@n7_102 if ur genetics are healthy enough then u would have to buy breast milk from someone healthy and secure which is hard but it’s simply will always be better for the baby
@@Predictable1 stop recreating some narrative in ur head about enjoy the baby? It’s about health and that’s all of u can produce yourself find somebody that’s healthy enough I have seen for over 10 years babies always turn out muchhh better off with milk form a healthy mother
@@michaelcarter2633 buy breastmilk? Don't know where you're from but in my country there is no such thing as a breast milk bank where you can select allergies. The mom would have to be on a very strict non-dairy diet. Do you trust a stranger's milk where you have no idea if they actually followed that diet? And btw if you have a lactose intolerant baby that wouldn't even work!
No formula feeding isn’t ok it never will be ok. It makes the baby unhappy and fat and constipated. And the baby will grow up to be unhealthy.
Lol! My sibling and I were all formula fed. We all have degrees, we are all happy and healthy, rarely sick and all have a normal BMI. One of my sisters is lactose intolerant, so in her case breast milk would actually have been harmful😂.
