SECRET BENDING MANUAL WITHOUT ROLL AND IRIS (technique 2)

We present this second technique specifically for those who are looking for ways to bend or the results of a job that forms arches on iron hollo without roll and iris or bending .. We use a 5x5cm hollow steel bar using the coak technique and we shape and pattern an arch of an iron plate that we have measured precisely with and take a quarter circle with the diameter of 25cm we cut, and we bend the arches to the hollow that we coaked earlier then welding and finally forming a perfect curve of 90 °. And that is why it is called the secret of bending, for some people this may be a common thing but still many friends who do not know this bending technique. hopefully can help and be an inspiration. Om sy pernah bilang n bending holo ukuran 4 cm kok hasilnya tetep jelek ya dllu mengerut pas dielbownya padahal sy mau bikin lingkaran untuk rak bunga dia 1500 mm masa sy harus bikin dicoak. Kelamaan juga ngelasnya terllu bnyk. Ada ide dari om gak yg gampang dan praktis. Nuhun😁
