You have to buy normal haribo gummy bears and put it in a bowl, and then u will put sprite also in the bowl and let the gummy sink and wait a few hours till they are big and then u will put the gummys in the freezer and then u get this
for this video I let the gummy bears sit in flavored sparkling water (you can use sprite as well) over night in the fridge and then drained the water and pat dried them with a paper towel before putting them in the freezer for another night!

In my opinion they are fun to do at least once if you don't mind the time it takes... taste wise they taste like gummies just watered down and the texture is satisfying
