This week, I made a scary swamp diorama and added Skunk Apes to the monster list of the Wild Imaginary West.
I made the base model for my Skunk Ape on Hero Forge. www.heroforge.com

This series is getting massive!!!!! But I feel like something’s missing… we see a ton of giant solitary predators, but what about smaller pack hunters? And also I feel like it would be cool to see some herbivores! Maybe some cowboys are wrangling some unicorn type, or escaping an elephant creature!

First thing: Awesome build as always.
I got an idea for at least one of the left over feets. You know the travelling peddlers of elixirs and “medecins” that appears in a lot of western movies and maybe even where a real thing. How about a wagon-shop (mechanised if you so want) with the owner trying to sell stuff to a bunch of onlookers and a foot can be hanging as some curiosa/remedie on the wagon.

Love all these builds, especially the nature discoveries. I've noticed all the cowboys are always against monsters they don't stand a chance against. It would be cool to see them with some domesticated creatures they use for farming or hauling giant machines. Or to see some in the middle of a scuffle, roping down a monster like the cowboys did to Ben Stiller's character in Night at the Museum.

for a wild western build, you should make a resin model of some explorers docking on an unexplored island but from the side you can see their standing on a massive creature like a turtle or something like a reefback from subnautica.

Going back to your large train canyon build, could you remake the train to be carrying different monsters in their carts? A slug with acidic slime as its defense mechanism because its flesh is a delicacy and snake oil sellers hunt them for both their inner and outer fluids. Their inner fluids having actual healing properties like aloe vera.

I love this series. It is one of my all time favorites. I can put this on a looped playlist (with the rest of your western themed sets) in the background of almost anything I am doing and just enjoy your soothing voice and the western themes of a weird imaginary west.
You have done a couple crystal mining scenes now (the very first one you did if I recall right, and the second most recent one with the geode, that was really neat!). It would be interesting to see a scene that involves a sort of "delved too deep" type of concept. Miners, maybe with the power of some kind of mech or drilling device that fits your theme, dig down farther than they should have and encounter something big and dangerous deep below the earth!
Hope to see a LOT more from this series and love your channel overall :)

I absolutely love this build and how ominous it is! I also have an idea for a model that i haven't really seen anyone make, a group of survivors in a zombie apocalypse getting swarmed by tons of zombies while they might be trapped on a roof, or some other perilous location. I know that tons of zombies might be ridiculous to individually paint, but hey a cool idea i think.

A few things I think could fit into your Wild Imaginary West:
    - Gun store for monster hunters
    - Some sort of hunting guild which gives out bounties on creatures
    - a camp of bandits unknowingly being hunted by a creature
    - redwood forest setting

The Old West was hugely defined by its postal services, they defined towns and were local heroes. It'd be so cool to see a post office and a version of the 'pony express' in this universe

These dioramas really bring the wild imaginary west to life in my mind and it's awesome to watch them come together. One thing I would like to see is how this technology affects the military of this world. Like do they capture and tame the less wild creatures to use as beasts of burden or war? Or do they have some Wolfenstein/Tesla style fantastical weaponry and gear? I'm looking forward to the next story you create

I’d love to see you combine all your Wild West alternative universe builds into one giant continuous diorama.
And as for ideas….seems to be a lot of dudes in this Wild West World. How bout some women? A Calamity Jane or Annie Oakley type. Or how bout something along the lines of Scarlet O’Hara- have one of your monsters crash a Wild West ball and capture one of the women King Kong Style?

Beautiful detail but not too much stuff going on at the same time. Love your wild imaginary west series and the lore! Also I am so glad you said you are having fun :)

Gotta say, amazing videos, love the skill and absolutely love the subject matter/universe you're building! Would like to see some "monsters" working with the people though. They're all somewhat menacing so far, what about maybe something that's more benevolent in nature? Maybe like a mammoth type creature? Otherwise, would be neat to see you go with further mythical creatures like your golden bear, like a white buffalo or thunder bird maybe? Something else with some roots in actual myth/folklore?

As an explanation for why this town has so many freaky monsters, you should do a crashed UFO in a mountainous forest area. Also add a larger pond with a Nessie like creature in it at the base of the mountain.
Are you going to connect all of these to make a giant diorama at some point? That would be really cool. I haven't finished watching all of the videos on this series yet, I only recently subbed to your channel. I think it's looking really cool so far.

Thunderbirds should be a focus for an Imaginary West diorama. They were a huge part of the mythologies and spiritual traditions of native peoples in the Americas, and were often depicted as powerful beings that could reward or punish entire villages for their actions. Stylizing them as a cross between an eagle and a giant condor might be a worthy avenue
