I thought I found a way to add one text above a measure on all parts of my score but can't seem to. Can you give any insight there?

Can someone please explain how the hell he switched the stacking of the text like that??? I’m having trouble with my text sitting underneath my chord symbols and I don’t know how to switch the positioning, seems like there’s a finesse to it but i can’t get it right!

If I want to add stickings for a percussion part, would I need to use the lyrics tool, or the basic text tool to place the sticking below the note head?

I don’t seem to be able to copy and paste lyrics. Every time I press Add lyrics and then click again to paste, StaffPad just unselects the Add lyrics option. It also crashes repeatedly after editing some lyrics.

I had the same problem, however the 3 finger spread gesture to paste lyrics works. Unfortunately the pasting doesn’t recognise slurred notes as a single syllable, so you have to paste the lyrics bit by bit around the split syllables which need to be typed in.

In romanian, we have words that contain a hyphen. I have this word: "Mi-a" that NEEDS to be under a single note, but every time i try to type in the hyphen, it automatically breaks my words and puts the second half of the word to the next note. How can I actually USE a hyphen like this, so it would be part of the lyric that I want to exist under that note?

perhaps use a command prompt variation of a hyphen the program won't recognize as a word break?

And you cannot adjust spacing of lyrics when you have to lines? And it goes spread automaticly and I have two times more pages to print.... annoying
