11:30 for that you gave me an idea that I thought you may like! What if the Nether was like a mirror dimension to the over world so you could have decaying builds in the Nether that could resemble your overworld builds! It would be a kinda big task though so just a thought :D
I thought the same thing! & he can use some of the same blocks he did in the overworld with a mix of the nether woods/blocks in the Nether build.

You should name the village ‘la grieta entre mundos’ which translates to ‘the crack between worlds’ just think it sounds cool, keep up the great work!!
I think you should call the ruined fortress “Fortaleza del Sol Naciente”. It means “Fortess of the Rising Sun”, which seems right for a fortress on the edge of an island
Honestly, a nether version of the ruined village could be cool. You could even add a pen of pigs for both food when you visit and for lore.

Hey Sausage! Maybe it would be cool to have a custom shipwreck in the middle of the cove where the bee farm is or a shipwreck somewhere along the coast of the island. You could make a pirate cave with hidden treasures. Love the series, you're doing amazing! ❤

For a nether village idea, I think it’d be cool if it was like a small research/exploration camp or like a camp for quartz miners
I think that a ruined village in the Nether would definitely be interesting!
You could blend the two together as well by adding some nether themed blocks and plants in the Overworld and vice versa. As if the rift between dimensions was the cause of the fortress village to have become ruined, split into two. And I think a lovely name for the overworld version would be Fort Flanders. And the Nether side to simply be called The Netherlands. A fantasy themed inspiration on something based in real life. The Spanish and the Dutch, and The Spanish Netherlands having been a thing in the past.
Since no one mentions: What you do is so important to making the entire humankind come together as one.
Even though I know it is training and practice that makes you great, I just wanted you to know, that you make a difference.

you can name it the ‘forgotten nether fort’. lore idea is that the old inhabitants gained access to the nether portal and tried to expand in there, but the horrors of the nether somehow spilled out and destroyed the fortress until the old inhabitants either perished or fled.

Since we are in the theme of roses on this island (The Lost Rose), how about something to do with thorns. Fort Thornspike? Blackthorn? Hawthorn? Fuerte Espinas?

Since you're all about tree farms, you should make a campsite themed tree farm in the future!
a cool name for the abandoned village could be "La ciudad cubierta de musgo del norte" which translates to "The Mossy City Of The neather" where the creatures of the neather come to rest and if you make another abandoned village in the neather you could name it "la ciudad de fuego de la tierra" which translate to "the firey city of the land" and the portal is where people and neather creaters passed through and lived together in peace until a tragic fight happened and everyone had to abandon both villages

Okay so this is kinda a cool idea, you could build a “ruined” fortress on the other side of the portal and my thinking is along the lines of the village in the over world was more of a fortress rather than a village. And they were on the secluded island because they were sent to accomplish a “secret task” for the main empire. The task being that they would make a connection to the underworld/nether and set up a working base there so they could reap the benefits of the neither for the empire. Then things don’t go plan as the neither is a lot more dangerous then they had anticipated. And they escape the nether and shut off the connection (portal) they had created. And all the people who were apart of the project were shunned from the empire and had to stay on the island and build there own home there. And the portal stayed closed until years later someone re-opened it. The reason I put the “ruined” in quotes was because yes the base they were trying to build in the nether was destroyed and ruined, but it was never actually finished.
This isn’t a fully fleshed out idea, but I just thought it could be some really cool lore that you could bring the world. 🤷🏼♀️

Love the build, it looks awesome. I was thinking of putting a ruined pillager outpost and dock around there.
I took a break from building on the island and went exploring also. I went south west to collect terracotta, found a flat patch of dirt ar sea level, around a coral reef and discovered something amazing underneath. Don't want to spoil anything, but for anyone playing this seed on bedrock -828, 1108.
I too have been to the ice spikes, didn't see that village though.
And travelled far south, came across a large open cave entrance (1708, -772), which lead to a lush cave mineshaft, which went down further to a network of caves. For the first time, I found myself the biggest iron vein ever. I came away with around 12 stacks of silk touched iron blocks and 14 raw iron blocks, and around 20 diamond blocks. Be careful digging downwards though. I broke a block to reveal an enormous void down below, a lava lake flowing down into the darkness. Sometimes I'm taken away with how beautiful this game looks. I need to return here with shulker boxes at some point to raid down there.
Returning home I discovered a wolf had spawned on my dock, which was lucky. I also brought two mooshrooms home, bred them and made one of them a brown one by tieing it up next to a lightning rod.
Loving the series, I can't wait for the next episode ❤

The ruins could be named "Pazo del Conde" wich translates to "count's mansion/small castle". The "pazos" are common structures here in Spain.
It would be amazing if you made the same structure in the nether but not ruined
