I do tech work and the company is a big one whose name is big enough to make you feel like its not them its you but we are here to support you even though it was really them. Im no longer at the company and everything has improved but i spent 2 years using alcohol as a crutch and really working to stop… i have an amazing friend i met recently who is holding me accountable and its been helping a whole goddamn lot. Seeing this was like looking in the mirror and that shit spoke volumes for me. To all my fellows on the same journey, you not alone and whatever youre going through do it with a clear head. A celebratory drink taste better than a depressing one
