36 Seats hai general category ki for example hamne preference dedi aur hamara rank for example 30 something hai ( general category aspirant) and seats 36 hai open ki and 1-29 rank wala sab accounts aur administration choose kr chuka hai and pending bs Police ka reh gya hai aur bnda police ka Physical standards pass nhi kr pa raha toh kya voh job lose kr dega.

26 years entry then probably 30 years minimum if everything goes right for you...

Sir ,JKPS 2001 batch ke Abhi SSP hain ...it took around 20 years to become ssp
1984 k baad recruitment 1999 aur 2001 main hui thi
Aur 2005,2007,2011,2012a,2012b,2013,2015,2017,2018,2020 itne batches hain ab. Inko dekh kar bola hai Maine

2001 2003 2004 batch ke sab abhi SSP rank pe hai woh bhi minimum 16 year ki service ke baad aur 2007 se 2011 tak sabhi additional sp ki rank pe hai woh bhi sab minimum 10 year ke baad promote ho chuke the😂

I don't think accommodation is given. Atleast in first two positions thereafter may be due to higher grades. Vehicle mil jaata hai kyunki authorization for expenses happens at the end of accounts officer
