Idk if it mattered but when using the silencers, or gas can, you can turn on the default variation and have it not there, so looks cleaner and gas can isn’t in the way

I have been absolutely loving the OTs9 in both BR and MP. It pairs quite nicely with the Makarov in MP

and so like 15 min cardio after a workout especially stair master don’t over do It more stress will force ur body to hold fat if u just under eat and crash diet
