Basically fulling the tank above air space, that air space is where the sensor levels out, above that you're straining the sensor.

Take that to the dealership to fix and u would be looking at the price of the leveling sensor + labor I'm having the same problem , we have to be smart when we are on the road , good one homie

Usually wherever a cork gasket is after tightening you go over the nuts or bolts a 1/4 of a turn , ensuring the gasket (DOES NOT GET SQUEEZE OUT BETWEEN ) what you're tightening.

I don’t remember the part number but just go to any of the Mack/ volvo dealership and give them your vehicle VIN number and they will give you the exact one

I have a 2013 cas and I change mine 1.5 years ago never change the fuel gauge. I would have to hit it for it to move on the dash. Has anyone else have this problem?
