I think the general public should have same rights as monks and nuns to vote for chitues as well as choelug chitues as v all are Buddhist followers. Monks and nuns have extra votes to vote for choelug votes exclusively and they r misusing their monopoly. May be only Benpo choelug can be voted only by Bonpoe public and monks and nuns. Otherwise it is not a real democracy as monks and nuns have more voting privileges amd it is clear that monks like Anduk Tsetan becomes belligerent and continue to challenge our democracy and become modern day LANGDARMA.
