@@Lucairo690 well the 3rd hokage is useless cuz of danzo as for uchiha kid few reasons 1)he(sasuke) is talented( clan member wouldnt want to be enemy and it wouldnt hurt to have a good relation with the police force) 2) after the clan massacre he had no power and they didnt know that had awaken a sharingan, also sasuke himself distant himself so there was no reason for other to avoid him. Also he is always at the top of his class and good looking(according to well all source anime,manga and lightnovels and can easily rizz up girls)so he is a lot popular and better at socialising then naruto(who at the time was a trouble maker and made constantly make "fun" of great historical and leaders of there village(hokages)) 3) danzo spread the word that naruto had 9tails( just that he has a monster or some bad word of him+ him being a huge trouble maker made it that parents told there kids to stay away from him)
