Performers are AJ Lee, Molly Tuttle, Angelica Grim, Scott Gates, Sierra Hull, Sarah Jarosz, Eddie Doerful, Ben Doerful, Kim Doerful, Christian Ward, Austin Ward, Cory Walker, Jarrod Walker, Tyler Walker, Alex Hargreaves, Ruby Jane Smith, Grace Wilson, Asa Gravely, Ben Hill, Houston Caldwell, and Mackenzie Neff.

Four VERY talented ladies on the same stage as kids. Sarah Jarosz age 15, Sierra Hull age 15, Molly Tuttle age 13, AJ Lee age 8! Today (2023), these four are pushing the genre where it needs to go and the awards (IBMA to Grammys) continue to pile up! Thanks to IBMA for providing the opportunity and to AJ's dad for recording the early years.
So much talent. The currently beautiful AJ was cute as a bug when that young. The guys were good; then, Sierra Hull, AJ Lee, Sarah Jarosz, and Molly Tuttle who are now stars.

you hear fans of other musical genres always whining that today's music is crap and they don't make music like the 50s,60s,70s,80s,90s anymore.well fans of bluegrass and traditional americana know that the future is in good hands,on the basis of this display of talent.
I really enjoyed this every one from the picking to the singing did a great job
True skill and talent proof positive in the incubation stages then mentored nurtured prospered manifested in current successes with brighter future adventures to come
Wow, so many of my favorite musicians and singers there, and all so amazing already! I was only four when this happened..... 😱

Aside from all the raw talent, this perf. is a portal into the future. A few observations on those I know...
AJ Lee - what mental toughness after a rough start. Great things coming your way! :-)
Sierra H - shows her chops and ventures into vocals; and we know what she's done with that.
Molly T - safety of a vocal duet for now, then confidently strides out for guitar break.
Sarah J - already complete artist. Soulful vocals, then takes command by going uptempo.
Honorable mention to Alex H.

It is a Bluegrass thing... everyone... mostly... seems to know when to start and stop and pass it on. I guess it is from a lot of familiarity to the process. Works for them.

I liked the way they increased the temp at the end. I have done that a few times and also changed timing of songs from 6/8 timing to 4/4. Music should be fun.

It's kind of strange that neither Sully nor Michael Tuttle were in that group as they were both very talented musicians as well?
