Where did you get that pan that the roast is in? That’s usually the Mac and cheese pan. I love that pan. I never had mustard and hot sauce on my roast. But I learned to stuff mine with fresh garlic, salt and pepper in those slits with the garlic. I just knew it as a creole thang.
I can smell your food from Long Beach, Calif. Smells wonderful. I don’t cook very much because I don’t like to eat by myself. I lost my husband a few years ago.
