Exactly. If he liked it, it's by mistake. No way one can form an opinion when each 5 seconds they have something to say. There is no way one can like a song without listening to a single riff completely. I stopped at the first third of paranoid android. It was unbearable. Of course the guy has to comment, that's the whole point, but then they should comment at key points, not every 5 seconds. To each their own but that's not a reaction to music, that's just background music to support a monologue.
Some pausing for reactions is expected and sometimes even necessary, however the frequency which you paused your way through this seemed to prevent you from hearing the best moments. For instance, many fans consider the last quarter of Let Down to be some of the most transcendent music they've heard, yet you were too busy making jokes about 90s comedies to notice.
@@JerryBees Not the point, my guy. Music is about buildup and pacing. It's like pausing a movie or tv show in the middle of a scene as the tension is building up, and then playing on your phone for a while until unpausing. It just significantly deflates the emotional and dramatic effect.
Hearing the first seconds of no surprises and saying 'this sounds happy, its probably not going to be' is probably the best summary of radiohead ive ever heard
Actually there are no layers, they have three guitarists, and they use them. And actually, when you listen to a keyboard, literally one of the guitarists (Jonny) stops playing the guitar and plays the keyboard (you could see it live). One of the curiosities of this album is that all the instruments were recorded in just one take. It's crazy to listen to this songs live becuase they sound just exactly like in the album, with no samples or pre-recorded tracks, especially in the OK Computer Tour. Radiohead it's not the classic "rock band", and probably they are not rock at all many times, but their guitar work it's just sublime. It's kind of strange to listen to an album that is so modern, but at the same time most of the sound are from guitars. Every chance they had to do something with the guitars, they took it. Like Billy Corgan said, RH are the last band that did something new with a guitar.

In Rainbows will definitely be next!
Grace by Jeff Buckley please!
Definitely on my list 👀
I appreciate your Linkin Park comments. I don't know how good or bad their musicianship is, i just don't like that kind of angry teen angst type of rock. Radiohead are sure whining a lot, but it's not really the kind of thing Link Park do which to me sounds pretty cheese ball. Whatever people think of his voice (I actually love his tone), nobody can say he doesn't have exquisite control of it. You can hear in the micro details and rhythm of his voice that he's almost a bit like a trained jazz singer (but maybe dropped out and got drunk instead).
I think I was finally sold on his voice during In Rainbows. It's very versatile and like you said, he obviously possesses a strong command of it.
You should definitely listen to hybrid theory, especially as LP are v relevant rn
It's been on the mind!
You need to listen to Kid A and In Rainbows at the very least. But also all the others
Will you do more reactions to other albums??
Hell yeah! I'm open to recommendations
@@JerryBees nice! Ofc I'd recommend more Radiohead but an album that's been on my mind 24/7 for at least an entire month is definitely Grace by Jeff Buckley, if you've heard it before then I'd recommend some Paul McCartney albums like Ram or band on the run
Coming in from In Rainbows reaction wat 🫤 INCELCORE!?? 😭😠 *arthur fist*
Why are people mad about the virgin joke? It’s like the number one joke Radiohead fans make. I feel like the one mistake you do make is not reading into the lyrics. They have their more nonsensical lyrics like with Kid A, but most are just layered with metaphors and more poetic stuff, but do really have meaning. If you listen to another album later, definitely read more into them! It’s not always easy or accurate, but you miss out if you don’t
I’m unfamiliar with your channel but I’m a Tool guy too, and I got into them because someone recommended them to me and said they’re the Radiohead of metal, and I can definitely see that
Aye aye captain 🫡
I can definitely see some loose parallels between tool and radiohead lol
Attending concerts from every era of this band’s touring days, and it’s not incels and virgins filling huge concert venues night after night, decade after decade. Some of the most intelligent and successful audience demographics in music.
Who are you trying to appeal to by this misguided attempt at “humor”?
Yikes.
When you don’t know what an incel is
No offense but what is the point of saying”non-virgin” in a title about a Radiohead reaction? Lmao
I actually hate how many times u paused during let down and cut out the best parts man what the fuck
Can u react to actual incelcore next
What would ya recommend?
@@JerryBees negative xp. gezebelle gaburgably, anhero and maybe fried by fluoride would be good to start with
in the background of exit music, its actually an instrument called a theramin, it sounds a lot like a choir
non-virgin? sorry to break it to you, not anymore bro
Virginity restored
This sound better if you were a teenager with social anxiety discovering music for the first time
Can you react to a band that copied Radiohead but does it way better. Coldplay. To the second, third, or 4th album
This is a take that I've never heard. Will investigate.
@@JerryBees Can use it as a cool clickbait title😂 Tho radiohead fans always be like coldplay copies radiohead, and Coldplay gets compared alot to Radiohead.
Most Coldplay fans will say that A rush of blood to the head is the best Coldplay album
React to Kid A please
I plan on it sometime in October!
The best ever ❤😂oo🎉yesss
Good call, Linkin Park blows....
Bro is this an act? Like, are you parodying the average RYM-addicted edgelord hipster or are these your genuine opinions? Cause if so… yikes. Super cringe content
What is RYM?
dang whats ur problem
Lmao I love these comments as a Radiohead stan, "your opinion is WRONG"
you talk too much...
So many upset men in the comments about the title it seems like you hit a soft spot.
