How can you enter the spinal column area and foraminal canals in the cervical C5/6 level when you have the bulging disc which is very broad and jamming up the whole area?

I have a rheumatoid arthritis and the right side of my body is weak due to stroke 8 years ago.Last year I developed spinal stenosis and my doctor said I’m a high risk to do the surgery. The therapy and injection didn’t work and until now the tingling,numbness and stiffness didn’t go away. I can’t hardly walk. I asked my doctor am I going to be like this for the rest of my life.
