If you’re watching StarWars for the first time, you need to watch the movies in RELEASE ORSER not chronological order! If you watch them in chronological order you l’ll get confused and discouraged and most likely quit!!

Man you have no idea about the entire verse it's incredibly vast. Movies TV shows Comics novels video games the Legends Canon. And most importantly of all the ridiculous scaling. It's really a shame that Disney ruined it all Star Wars is a dead corpse that is being stringed along by desperate Mouse. I hate modern Disney what a disgusting disappointment.

@@edwardanimereactionn Little tip, just ignore the sequel trilogy (7, 8 and 9) and the related Resistance cartoon. Personally, I enjoy pretty much every other Star Wars media (aside from the High Republic, which didn't even get my attention), even those that are considered bad by most fans (such as the Book of Boba Fett and Kenobi). That being said, I absolutely LOATHE the sequel trilogy. Part 7 is okay, not exactly groundbreaking or anything, but it can be watched on its own. Part 8 is more cringe worthy then the entire prequel trilogy put together, and part 9 was so boring that I didn't even make it halfway through before dropping it.
As for the Resistance cartoon, well, Dave tried his best to make it work, but considering it had to tie into the sequels he couldn't do that much. First season was just painful to watch, but admittedly the second season did better. It wasn't good or something to be recommended, but the second Resistance season was the best of that era in Star Wars.
Probably not a popular opinion because I get downvoted on reddit for saying so, but the only real Star Wars to me are the original trilogy from the 80s era. Everything else is just a cash grab.

you can skip the star wars resistance if you want because it's a little bit childish and unnecessarily long (15h of watchig) but you understand some things
