You can get a refund for the items that you don't like. Other people have said it is easy and very good customer service. Sometimes you don't even have to send items back but they give you a refund.

I didn’t pop it up to make the bowl and just kept it in the sink but I did love how clean it got my brushes, especially the foundation brushes. I never used one before though so I have nothing to compare it to. Is there a better one that you can recommend? 💕💕💕
