Hi! Props for tutoring your first year! So I have all the math written out on my board and after each time singing through I underline a couple numbers. We sing through again and jump when we say the underlined numbers. Each time I underline a few more and usually by our 7th time through all the numbers are underlined and we're just jumping while singing! It's a great way to get energy out.

What is the agility ladder?
Allison it’s kinda like a rope ladder you lay out on the ground. They use them a lot in sports for footwork. You find them on amazon for around $10
