@@AmusedChild you obviously missed the point. If you look above your head you’ll see it. They have evidence to present to a jury. It’s out there and has been made public (he wasn’t running continuous sirens, going 75 mph, etc). There is evidence for a charge. What they are saying is that they don’t believe it’s enough to be found guilty. I say charge him and let a jury decide if it’s enough.

He did 'chirp at intersections. Which is pretty useless at 69 mph, 2 car lengths from the crosswalk. a fireman can bust up your car if it's parked in front of a hydrant,
but a civilian could be charged for busting up someone's car, even if it saved lives.

How do you joke about just killing someone. And the police doing it? Really? I’d love to know if any compensation was offered to the family, or if any wrongful death lawsuits, or any lawsuits were filed resulting in compensation on this case. As far as those two officers, joking about a death that you just caused, shows they have no regard for human life. I absolutely hate a police officer that has no remorse, can’t stand it.

It's not indian law. You should have concrete and correct evidence or else DA will lose a lot money, image etc. you can't just prosecute someone without any clear evidence. All the things that appeared are questionable, it wasn't any hatred or planned murder or any sort of revenge etc
That's why DA has to let go of this case.

Answer the question of what would happen if a "civilian" was doing nearly three times the speed limit, and this is without hitting anybody, this is your answer. Now for a little background he is a Minnesota Vikings player, and his excuse was his dog was having an emergency. So there were probably even latitudes given because of the celebrity status.
