I think the Handsonic is very useful for Bollywood Music and other type of live shows where Gharba is sung, in live shows where Songs of Lord Ganesha are sung, live shows involving Indian Film Music, recording where different percussion instruments are needed, however I feel this instrument would be more useful for film music.
Our typical Tamil Nadu's Classical instrument "MRUDHANGAM" , "THAVIL" & the ancient Folk Drum instrument "PAMBAI" (which is actually a "Double Cylindrical Drum") played mostly at "Devi Maata's Folk Festivals sounds really awesome in this Roland Hi-tech instrument. .👍👍👍
