Hi, I tried to set up one door lock via my personal laptop. Issued a Staff Master Card. It opened and closed the knob.
Now, we installed the software and encoder in the Hotel PC. We set up the other door locks, set the master card, setting card and tried guest cards, and everything worked.
Now this 1st door lock will not open with any cards using the Hotel PC. Can you help please?

Hi Tom, very informative video. I bought temic 5577 cards from a vendor and now he claims he encrypted the cards and I have to buy from him. It sounds a bit fishy, but I I've tried some 5557 cards and I successfully add the card to the system, but when I place it on the lock, nothing happens. Is it possible that the vendor actually encrypted the cards?
