Historically, there was an alleged cursed for anyone who disturbs the grave of Amir Timur or Timur the Lame or Tamerlane will unleash a curse. When the Soviets discovered the hip broken body in 1941, three days later after opening his tomb, Operation Barbarossa commenced. Of course historical events can be debatable, I think the amount of coincidence here is quite fascinating.
