My starting point is Vogelwaarde, and from there, it’s just a 2 km journey to Hengstdijk, where you’ll find Camping de Vogel and Farm Camping de Oude Haven. It’s just after 2 PM, and traffic is beginning to pick up. While cycling is highly recommended in this region, cars are usually the primary mode of transport. Unfortunately, there is no bus service from Hulst to this beautiful campsite on Saturdays and Sundays. However, most holidaymakers arrive with their caravans, cars, and tents. Enjoy the picturesque surroundings and the views of the Western Scheldt at locations like Kloosterzande and Walsoorden.
