Lucky. My guild only half are participating and we’re up against strong enemies. My guild, instead of focusing on leveling up there main team and 2nd, they level up everyone 🤦♀️. It says we’re high with power but we’re not
@@theuglykwan We hoarded the Midtown settlement from the start (32 coins/min) and in the end we had something like Castle Level 15. Lucky for us, I think. :)
@@solala4804 It's better if some have maxed heroes while rest are mid or low total hero power. That might give more favourable matching. We have a guild with some strong but concentrated hero power with many mid and weak players. We face guilds who are more evenly spread and have no chance against us stronger players. There's no point in them playing tbh.
I think it sucks unless you're lucky to be in a guild with very active players. Otherwise, you're alone going after the 32 point per minute settlement which usually has other teams lurking to take it back from you.

Secondly my question about the chests is more about the 50 coins that every chest donate to guild members as well , because if these coins are counted (eg. our guild has 20 active members in AoC if every chest gives 50 coins to them as well then from one chest = 1000 coins that are counted to rankings?) . If this logic is correct then treasure hunting is more important than holding the middle settlements?
@@petranleme yes tresure also counted in ranking, but tresure gives 50 coins and lowest settlements gives 1 coin per minte or 60 coins per hour. Treasures i have no estimation but probably they show up every 30 or 60 minutes

Do you know if the rankings only counts the 50 coins given to the player who captures the chest, or does it count 50 coins per guild member (e.g., with 20 guild members, that would amount to 1,000 coins per hour from a single chest)? In comparison, central map settlements provide 32 + (4 * 8) 32 + (4*4)16 = 80 coins per minute, which amounts to 4,800 coins per hour that are valid for rankings.

@@Olympushw My guild often have 10-11 members always on the battlefield yet we struggle to hold the 2nd place some players ain't strong enough to fight

We had 3 other strong players but they would get on, go back to settlement, maybe kill a few people and that would bit it. Rest were weaker people. Many of them ran around doing nothing. We still got first. We did face strong teams. Just the few at the top carried the rest. The activeness of 2 strong players pretty much decided it. Also the downtime for the strong players was mostly when the other guilds were mostly inactive.
@@Olympushw they have 2 players that is 1.1mil team power hour strongest team is 500k and we have tried alot of stuff we just do very litle damage to him
@@HWBlaster-ej9sw olympus is prob used to battles between max teams and hasn't experience for people with lower power. you did the right thing by taking other settlements, you also grab treasure chests. if one of their strong players is in the 32 settlement, only one can roam and disrupt. that is where your more active numbers can overcome them.
And what is your feeling about chests? Look to be very lucrative, as all players will receive 50 coins for each chests. Have you got some data regarding timing of poping-up (one chest every XX minutes?). The quest for the chests seems to to be interesting...

I just lost all my action points and did not move. just got attacked. first time i lost all ap on defense loss. dude keeps following me around. can't even move. not worth my time. I get having the team move with you but it gets too hard when you even lose your APs.
The composition on our map is shitty. We can´t assault, we´re exclusivly being assaulted. Everybody is much stronger than us. Gladly they are not very active but our guild is.
@@Olympushw Not when things are as unbalanced as they can be for newer players. We are against a team from an older server with only 22 members. That means their teams are much stronger than even our very strongest so even with 4 or 5 active teams they can dominate over even more active guilds. They can hold the centre for a long time without any great strategy. I'm sure it's different when people have been playing for long enough to have multiple teams developed and where teams are more balanced. It's quite a dull event for newer players as a lot of the strategy doesn't come into play.
@@cichlisuite2 Yeah the matching can give such results. My guild has a few strong members. The other 3 guilds have no chance even if they all attacked our centre team together.
Taking the 32 is not a guarantee of winning. There are guilds that took the 32 but still lost. However it is a big advantage if things are otherwise relatively equal. I think including the 16s would have made things more interesting.

The most important part of this event is members' activities. It's hard to find a guild where you have 10 players constantly active
i heard that sentece a lot today. of course people are busy with RL but there must be rash hours where at lest 10 players are active at same time

Question: Only coins from holding settlements count for rankings, OR from chests as well?
coins you get in map are counted, which mean battles and chest are counted too

Facing more powerful guilds can be difficult, not just ''active''

we are first place and don't have center because to strong player have it and we are to weak but we take most other settlements 2-3 8setelments
if you are able to get other settlement you may get center too, it is not who is most powerful it is who is more active

I just lost all my action points and did not move. just got attacked. first time i lost all ap on defense loss. dude keeps following me around. can't even move. not worth my time. I get having the team move with you but it gets too hard when you even lose your APs.
That happened to me once, I clicked and used moves but i didn't actually move. when i refreshed i was in my original position and lost my moves.

They tokk 16s out, so one spender takes center and thus dominates. Not cool
Taking the 32 is not a guarantee of winning. There are guilds that took the 32 but still lost. However it is a big advantage if things are otherwise relatively equal. I think including the 16s would have made things more interesting.
