- I have been to Goa before but what I witnessed this day on my visit in 2020, left me amazed asking myself, can you believe it? This is Goa!
I met a local in Goa who offered me to show around some popular offbeat places near#NorthGoa.I took the opportunity and went out filming along with my friends. This travel video is filled with adventure and spooky vibes. I hope you all enjoy it.

When I see this undiscovered vids I get scared bc I don’t want to lose it to tourism. We in Goa love tourists exploring our land but trust me we don’t like it when tourists only care about taking selfies and ruin the area with rubbish. I advise everyone to explore the countryside while also taking care of the land for future generations. ❤️
I too hate that....some people don't have common sense. They litter everywhere they go. I loath those people cause they destroy the place.
I hope i get to see these places before someone destroys it

I don't know what's wrong with some of our Indian tourists. They seem to get some kind of perverse thrill in littering the places they visit. You will have one set of visitors who litter the place with trash and another group complaining bitterly about the trash. It appears Indians lack civic sense. I have had foreigners telling us how distressed they feel when they see trash left behind by tourist even in these remote places. I wish something could be done to deter such people from spoiling the beauty of the place. It's high time the authorities put up some warning notice and post marshals who could fine offenders. A notice warning people that they could be fined heavily should be posted around the place and the punishment enforced. Once people are warned that they are liable to be punished for littering in and around these spots they might be careful.

Some corrections needs in your video about invading Marathas- that was not really invading but helping Local ruler to free from Portugese and Mughal invaders, which unfortunately couldn't frutify due to non cooperation of Rajputs, I suggest, plz refer goa's historic incidents and make edits. Goa university has some real records for such reference 👍

What happened
The concerned authorities are least concerned with issues such as the beauty and heritage of a certain places. The natives don't know what they have by way of heritage until they lose it. The tragedy is that you can never get back the beauty of a place once it's lost. It only keeps getting worse. It really makes me angry to see such insensitive, boorish and jungly people behaving in this manner. The government only involve themselves if it generates direct income. They haven't heard of the adage of killing the goose that lays golden eggs.

Akbar, the rebellious son of Aurangazeb, after failing to overthrow his father, seeked asylum with Maratha king Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
Bicholim and a few other areas of Goa were part of the Maratha kingdom during those times. Akbar was put up here to stay away from harm from Aurangzeb by Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
During his stay in asylum, this place was built as a namazgah for the prince.
