Richard Grzela Hell I will drink to that buddy! I used to train in a gym, but every time I did no matter what machine or area in the gym I was. Hot ass bimbos in tight yoga pants would always start doing their damn exercises and stretch moves in front or right next to me. Now I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful, but I’m just a simple minded man. So I didn’t get shit done with my training cause I was "distracted" all the time... Now I train home alone. And it is the best thing I ever did.
@@kubel83 I was literally cornered in the gym doing lateral raises only for a beautiful regular to start doing bent over rows less than a meter to my front, if you have the space at home, by all means train at home

I'm definitely like that. Weight training is my escape from the world.
Working out at home allows me to avoid Personal Trainers and there sales pitches and nonsense.

Literally just built my garage gym because of the very reason he said, " I don't like being around people too much." Been lifting for 15+ years since I was a teenager and after I bought my house, that was one of my top goals because... Well... Fuck commercial gyms.

Cool, a home gym is the best, and the basics work just as he says.
I love this setup!! Honestly machines etc are useless. Basic free weight set up will give your body overall full development. Basic barbell, adjustable dumbells, pull up bar and dip station are all u really need! If you are a cable buff u can always use resistance bands tbh.

I think people think too much on what they need and how they need it in order to workout - when they can just do it with whatever is there. It’s still equally effective as long as they do it.
Yea I just use the laundry/GYM/Tools room in my basement to workout.
Rather invest my cash into my basic gym, instead of a stupid gym membership fee.
