I came out of meditation to this video and it’s reflecting my experience. I also was crying this morning feeling sadness for my inner child and wanting to honor her feelings. The swaying between seen and unseen sounds similar to my meditation on the emptiness of the mind. Two sides of the same coin. The mind knows what it wants because of the potential of the mind to change-because if it’s emptiness or potential. The vascilating is healthy I think to keep us from attaching to one story too strongly. Maybe Follow your dreams and goals and let their potential be in flux in order to protect others minds.
