We have store here in CT called Stew Leonard's and they used to sell chipless chocolate chip cookies. Haven't seen them in many years though. I do love the dough but now enjoy the chocolate as well.

Recipe : 2 cups brown sugar
1 stick softened butter 1 hr
2 eggs
1.5 teaspoons vanilla
2.5 cups flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 heaping tsp baking soda
you put brown sugar twice with different amounts.
