So u can use Pooja as your first name and Pooja as your last
So Pooja Pooja is also a good way to fill the form as sometimes form asked a letter in place of name so it works

My question is that my first name is my surname name, so when I paid my ihs fees and visa fees my first name came in last, my name in every documents is mirza Hussain Ali baig and in ihs it's Hussain Ali baig mirza and also in visa checklist

You should use the same name as you used in 10th and 12th even if you have single name

But if it creates some problem during passport making as some countries doesn't allow people who don't have surname and also I'm planning of studing abroad so can I add it while studying in college as I wish to have degree of that name. It will not create problems right?

@@shailja3452 affidavit and all are valid within India only that's why u should opt the higher study in those country which allow the single name

USA uses - (dash) as last name

Or u can use your first name twice to fill the form
