Flash forward 8 months, turns out EVS was correct about Jeremy. Bummer.
Flash forward someone and EVS is talking about hving Director X on. After that guy made it clear he wouldn't hear any criticism about his Robyn Hood TV show, called everyone on FNT racist and sexist.
But I guess EVS is open to talking to such people because EVS dislikes Az and FNT.
I love them all, but at what point do you stop and step back and look at things?
Nick Rekieta found out in the worst way possible who's who. He's rarely on any of the livestreams with anyone now. Jack Show, Camelot's show, Flashcast. Rarely see him except on his own channel. Friends are cool, disagreements are cool. But at some point you gotta get back to work.

Imo the thing that gives Ethan power and allows him to speak freely where others will cowtow, is that he's an artist first and a youtuber second. He's less concerned with subscribers, outrage farming, algorithms etc. because youtube is just an ends to a mean and less of a job.
That and he’s pretty much their elder, he exercises foresight, and knows first hand dealing with SJWs infiltrating and pushing him out of the industry. Literally.
He learned a long time ago, these people do NOT have conversations or debate in good faith. And we see their pattern of behavior each time, with their adhominem attacks. The incident with Snyder and G+G solidified that for EVS.
I’ve never seen EVS get as angry as he did after that went down. It’s why G+G don’t like him anymore. He basically told them “wtf were you thinking? Aren’t you fighting a culture war? Or is it just short term monetary gains, we are doing here? Is it muh brand all that matters? Do your videos attacking and criticizing woke Hollywood mean nothing?” Etc.
EVS stings these youngins with Truth and get them back down from their UA-cam high on cloud9 when it counts, and their egos can’t handle it. So they shun EVS. Everyone says EVS is the problem, who breaks up friendships and burns bridges, but I think he’s the one who stands by his principals the most out of everyone I enjoy watching on UA-cam. Nobody is perfect, but I find EVS knows what’s up the most out of everyone in the culture war on UA-cam.

Too bad Quartering ran. He could have just said “I’m going to have her on to talk, too bad you feel differently” and that’s it. No need to get agro and hide. The way he behaved was lame.
This is why I don't like drunk streaming. Especially when its with friends. If your stream solo, sure. Camelot, Rekieta, Cecil, Critical Drinker. But you should avoid being drunk. Flashcast is a trainwreck now. Its one thing to laugh at. But beyond a point its just cringe.
Ethan has always been very insightful in these kinds of situations. Its crazy how accurately he called this and now Frosk is pretty much irrelevant now and has been fired from G4 tv. If Jeremy had given her what she wanted she might have been the next Anita Sarkiseen.
Jeremy moved from someone I had some disagreements with to someone I consider an enemy. He earned the unsubscription. Ethan was 100% on target when he says we should not help Frosk become the next Brianna Wu, Anita Sarkeesian, or Zoe Quinn.

EVS kept having to make the point that it’s never about arguing points as much as it is refusing to acknowledge a problematic person that’s just looking for clout by appearing in their spaces.
It’s rare when EVS is this ironclad correct but when he is…he makes everyone else look completely childish 💯

Agreed on this. But now EVS is talking about having Director X on. Who directed the Canadian Robyn Hood show. This guy has done almost everything Frosk and Snyder did. Called people racists amd sexists, refused to hear any criticism about his show, went on livestreams like FNT and bashed people calling them losers and how he makes more money.
So... Why would Ethan wanna talk to this guy?
p.s. I'm subscribed to all these folks. Don't watch Jeremy aymore. And Ethan is a solid guy. But he's fallen into the same trap as Jeremy Quartering i.e. Farming drama on the internet.
EVS just needs to reference his interview with Mark Waid. The video went fine without any problems, but after Waid started getting upset about what people were saying in the chat. I can see the same thing happen with Frosk...

I find myself back again! I'm a fan of evs for this reason alone. Fast forward to now, and is still base as hell! Evs has been giving us great content to create and talk about!

It baffles me that people don't look at Quartering as anything more than the grifter snake he is. Would be preferable if he quit UA-cam and just became a coffee seller full time. He's far better at that than literally anything else he does.

Lofti has not principles. Men of principle will take issue with bad faith individuals like Fro-sk. You don't entertain bad faith actors. You don't associate with them in any way. Why? Because they're Machiavellians. Machiavellians don't care about anything but their own personal power. They will use everyone in pursuit of that power and anyone who attempts to have a good faith discourse with them will be outmaneuvered every time.,
This is why bad faith actors are so destructive. They aren't playing the same game as good faith actors. Their arguments are designed to never be about the discussion, they're designed to maneuver the other person into a trap. They see everyone else as an opponent to be destroyed not an individual to be understood.
They never care at all about whey they say they care about. All of their assertions are constructed to gain power by fooling others into playing the exact role they desire you to play.
Case in point: reparations. The people who invented the reparations idea don't really care about reparations or those who will ostensibly get them. They just want everyone to accept the underlying assertions: that collective guilt and punishment are moral and legitimate -- they're nothing of the sort. They're a tactic that every dictator uses to destroy his political enemies. It's even against the Geneva conventions because it's well-known world-wide that you don't punish everyone for the deeds of some individuals.
Another assertion that's made: that guilt and innocence should be inherited by every successive generation for all time. That's an absurdity of the highest order and a guarantee of continuous war as one side claims victimhood then does their own victimization -- giving the other side their excuse to retaliate. It only ends when either they decide the cycle must stop, or when one side or the other has been destroyed. No civilization can endure amid that kind of chaos. You can have civilization or a feud, you can't have both.
Bad-faith agents play rope-a-dope. They pretend to desire "discussion" but what they're really doing is setting up a performative dialectic which you lose the minute you try to engage them. Frosk destroyed G4 and gained power in the doing. She knows what she's doing. She knows she can set up good faith actors and destroy them in similar fashion because she doesn't care at all about what she speaks about. She only cares that you give her a platform so that she can make you look like a fool to those who would be susceptible to her rhetoric. She only wants to grow her power base among credulous fools by pretending to care about what they care about.
She would've run rings around Jeremy in the classic fashion of her type. She would've played herself as a victim and baited Jeremy into an unforced error. She would've played the victim thereafter. She'd have rallied more people to her side, and YT might've even removed The Quartering's channel.
Jeremy demonstrated that he's playing checkers instead of chess if he had her on. You can never entertain bad faith actors. Their entire strategy is to create arguments that force dimwits into uncritically accepting assertions that are required by their central argument. They say they want reparations but they don't really care about that. They want you to accept all underlying assertions that even having the discussion will assume.
While you're arguing about reparations, they're gleefully basking in their win. You already lost. You accepted that collective guilt and innocence are legitimate and that guilt should be inherited by every generation for all time. You've even accepted that the other person is deserving of respect AND a good faith actor. The same is true of whamanism: everyone uncritically accepts their premise when they argue some special privilege they deserve for all time. You also accept collective guilt and punishment. You accept eternal guilt and innocence based on accident of birth. You surrender every part of their platform when you engage in their arguments.
There's only one answer to bad faith people: never engage with them. Never argue. Never discuss. Never. If you're forced into the argument, tear apart their invisible assertions, not their argument. You say, "Do you think guilt and innocence should be inherited?" If they say yes, then you tear them apart on moral grounds. Basic morality means that you can only be responsible for acts you individually commit. You can't punish children for the crimes of their mother.
Once someone declares that inherited guilt and victimization is legitimate, you declare them a vile immoral anti-social hate group and you don't stop asserting it until the camera's are turned off and everyone has left the studio. If you control the cameras, then you shut them off yourself.
But in general, never entertain a bad faith actor. You can catch a bad faith argument by looking at the assertions they force you to accept when engaging their argument. Bad faith movements are rife with absurd assertions that their followers uncritically accept. If people were taught logic in high school, such movements would've never gained any ground. That's why all the bad faith actors targeted educational institutions first. Logic is corrupted in childhood and lasts a lifetime.

Ethan is right. Fire with fire makes them stronger. It's what they need men to do. Don't try to make these women go away with logic or "destroy" them in a debate.
