I could feel the anxiety from Alisha throughout this video. Trying to find places for everything to go, not having enough room in one fridge and having to put over stock into another fridge.
This is a WEEKLY grocery trip and she still had plenty of food left over from the week prior. She had 5 bags of cheese and added another bag? She still had yogurt but added more, the pantry was full but added more. Doesn’t matter if you’re a DD fan or not, this is unnecessary spending and while I understand people need to eat, this is over the top. There’s a ton of people out there who can’t afford even half of her grocery bill and she is making a video like this showing her overflowing fridge/freezer/pantry while adding more.

She mentioned that during covid, it was really stressful to buy things because they had limits on how much you can buy. Some of the kids have or had food insecurities so don't want to run out in fear of that. Also, they meal plan so maybe that certain food isn't on this week's plan.

Well true, not saying she’s a “bad mom” but a mom is making some errors in judgement if she knowingly feeds her kids food she said herself is bad for them. And she clearly has the money to buy them healthier options. It’s def not a good choice to fill them with unhealthy food so frequently especially if you know it’s not good for them (she’s done videos on the negative effects of certain foods in her FASD Kids) and can easily afford lower sugar, more nutrient dense, less processed foods. No one wants to have health and weight issues as an adult bc you’ve been raised eating 100g of sugar a day! I’m sure we all know people who suffer from poor health due to poor eating choices. Not just the food insecurity issues but a few of her kids have learning disabilities and are on the autism spectrum, so that causes a lot of food aversion issues as well. At the end of the day, as long as they are all eating, then they are succeeding at being good parents. People absolutely hammer Alicia for feeding her kids too much sugar and junk and yes that may be the case but it’s better than them starving. 😘

Das es manchmal vielleicht nicht immer den Geschmack der Kinder trifft, ist ja noch etwas anderes. Aber mit Angst vor zu wenig Lebensmitteln lässt sich dieser Vorrat nicht begründen.
