Love your process compared to auto level because I think mine lifts the tires off the ground. Mine is the 2023 Jayco Seneka. Thanks for the great tips ladies!

Just a quick update. We tried the Camco leveling blocks for the first time a couple of days ago. The weight of our Big Lady caused some of the plastic to deform in places. We don't recommend these leveling blocks for our Big Lady. However, they might be okay for smaller rigs. We are going to stick with our old school boards 🙂

Our auto level will over lift the coach if we don’t dump the rear airbags first.
I always dump the airbags make sure the wife and dogs are out (so they don’t move and throw things off) then hit the auto level button and it works great for us.

Excellent tips thank you! We have been experimenting with our leveling since we bought our 2023 Accolade XL last year. We agreed the Auto Level is worthless. One other thing we notice is when we are on the jacks, regardless how we level it, the coach door will not latch properly and the deadbolt cannot be extended. When it's on the wheels it latches just fine.So there must be some twisting or something going on. Have you guys experienced this?
We are also waiting for the 'door flapping recall' parts to arrive, which I believe consist of a magnet latch being installed at the top side of the door. Hope that works.
We enjoy your videos, keep 'em coming! ;-)

We don't have differences on the door operation depending on whether we are on jacks or not, but Kasie did make some adjustments to the door latch based on this video.

Our door rattle is minimal as well. I suspect that if you fix the latching issue, the door rattle may subside too.
Thanks for hte feedback on the videos! Safe travels out there!

Is that door recall on all Allocade models, I have the 37k?

    • @737simguy5

@@charliedelgado573 Well not sure at this point. Our previous service advisor said it was a recall, she never called us back, three months later I called and she no longer works there. The lead advisor now has our case and knows nothing about a door recall however our door magnet assy actually did arrive. Dropped off the rig two days ago, this all started in December 2022, and the advisor is going to check into any recalls. I formally requested the new door style as a replacement as ours is bent from banging around for thousands of miles. Not likely that will happen.
To answer your question though, all the doors are the same as far as I know so if it turns out it is a recall then I would guess it applies to your K model as well. Best to call your shop.

Thanks, will check with Jayco as I am still dealing with warranty items and my K is at the dealership now. Know the feeling of the revolving door of service advisors at the dealership, it has been very frustrating dealing with stuff since January 2022.

Do the beech lane levelers fit that large of a tire? Have they broke yet? The Anderson ones say they are for a 32” and smaller tire.

We originally bought the Beach Lane levelers for our Jayco Greyhawk (smaller tires), but have used them without issue on our Super C. They are rated for 35K pounds. I only use them on the front tires though. The radius of curvature isn't ideal, but they work. I think that 2x8 boards work pretty well too, and only use those on the rear tires. I've gone through a couple of boards in the past two years (cracking), but I can usually find a replacement board easily at a construction site dumpster.

Thanks for the info! I glue and screw outdoor plywood on my 2x boards to give them a little more strength.
