When connecting your dart from the armhole to the bust point, do it in a straight slant. Do not curve that line and don't use a curved ruler for it. Ur under bust dart should not be more than 1.5" especially if the person is not busty.

You can make one with scrap fabrics. It's easy to make.
Just search for how to make a breast ball here on UA-cam.
You cannot iron your bustier properly without the breast ball.
