It’s fun. I treat US coins as 90% bullion and I collect world coins. I think the fascination came from collecting coins from the 4/$1 foreign bins, then wanting silver world coins. So don’t skip the cheap coin bins. A simple 1966 1/4 Balboa might get you hooked for cheap lol. So much history. It opens you up to learning much more word history, geopolitics and geography than you would have it you didn’t collect world coins. Just learn the purities and mintages so you dont get scammed and the rest is easy and fun.
World silver is neat
