I don't think trains cross too often. I used to drive through downtown for work every day and would see a train crossing the bridge only occasionally. It is neat how much you can see from the parks like Bluff Park around Joliet, between the trains and barges.
Haven't seen that one. I used to play at Bluff Park as a kid and never saw a train go over that bridge.
