I'm the main writer of the magic pages on the WHA wiki, and I cannot thank you enough for using the independent wiki instead of the fandom one for your video. I've spent four years of my life analyzing the magic system and transcribing what I (and a few friends) have discovered onto the wiki. Seeing it being appreciated means a lot. I'm glad my hard work paid off and proved useful to you. Seeing it get people so excited really makes it worth it, you know? It really means a lot. Btw, a lot of fans make their own spells too. If you find the magic system interesting, maybe you could give it a shot.
Thank you so much for your hard work! It's very apparent you put a lot of time into the wiki. I might have to try making my own spells one of these days :)
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WRITING THOSE WHA WIKI PAGES i dont know if you can tell but i think every wha fan i know (including myself) appreciates that effort more than we can describe
I’m so so happy you took the time to read Witch hat atelier! It’s one of my favourite manga i’ve ever read, and i’m also ecstatic for the anime adaptation in 2025. Awesome video too! I clicked on it with the intent to only skip to your reviews of manga i recognized, but i ended up sticking around for the full hour :’)
got absolutely HYPE seeing land of the lustrous mentioned. and i was not disappointed at your words. i will be waiting very patiently for that full video on it, because i know you'll do it justice 😌
Im so glad you covered Tune Into the Midnight Heart. I'm a huge sucker for romcoms, so it's been one of my most anticipated manga in a while. Also major props for having Bomb Rush in the background
Bro, where on Earth did you come from, the music, the editing, the transitions, the quality is just too good, such good quality for only the thirteenth video with a very chill vibe, I’m glad I found you and hope to see more quality content! Edit: btw I just remembered a manga I read a few chapters of and I thought was quite funny, it was called They Are Still Being Shaken This Morning I think, I thought it was quite a enjoyable comedy kind of!
Thank you so much for this video 😭😭😭 The way you edit the manga panel and explain the story line really regained my love for mangas. After my life being focused on my studies and social presence, I’ve felt like I’ve lost all my interest as I got older. I thought it was just signs of growing up but really I was pushing my self down. Today this video popped on my recommendations and just watching you review these mangas made me feel so nostalgic. The emotions you explained made me miss these emotions so much. Thank you so much 🍀✨ I hope one day I can read mangas and watch anime without feeling the guilt of me wasting precious time 😌✨
Well damn boy howdy were you right I prepared and put up every emotional wall I could and yet I'm still bawling my eyes out thanks for letting me know that "The Summer You Were There" existed.
"Bloom Into You" is a personal favorite of mine, and I'm glad you like it too. The anime is also quite good, I think it's both my favorite manga and my favorite anime. I've read a lot of yuri, and I feel like it's a good deal better than anything else. I guess if you're lonely because all the girls around you are straight, and you want something more in the silly/fun category, then there are better choices, but otherwise it is absolutely my favorite and my recommendation
I ended up 'Plan To Watch'(ing) most of the recommendations on this list I hadn't seen. One of the most useful videos I've seen in a while - thank you.
I was happy to see ‘The summer you were there’ that manga killed me And land of the lustrous one of my favourite mangas of all time Definitely subscribed this is a peak channel
First time viewer and this video was great! When you do this again I highly recommend Whale Star: The Gyeongseong Mermaid. And it should be read on the official source so that the soundtrack is included, it adds so much to the story. Cried my eyes out so many times while reading it. Such a beautiful and bittersweet story.
THE MUSICS YOU CHOSE OMG !!! I recommend Yona of the dawn and kimi no yoru ni fureru . The second one has only five chapters but i recommend it heavily
dude, thanks for sharing, theres so many here i haven't heard of. I am a hero sounds like something i'll enjoy, ive wanted a 'good' apocalypse manga for a while that wasn't Zom 100 or god forbid Highschool of the dead. Edit: I dunno chief, i dont think this is it
how many chapters did you get in? It has a pretty slow start, but tbh the content itself is overall weird, so if you don't enjoy it, then it is what it is
i'm in the fifties now, which is still early in the grand scheme of 265 chapters or so but the main character is pretty off putting which is the point so i guess its working. But how he looks at the high school girl from time to time just makes me squint at the screen
Wow.. I didn’t expect this creator to have such little subs I severely love these videos and feel entertained the whole of the video and so interested with this man’s summary’s. I can sense the effort and craft put into these videos with every comic he reads (except the yknow… 💀) I really love this channel I’m surprised I didn’t subscribe sooner!! Keep up the good work delusional 👏👏
Absolutely loved the video, had a ton of manga that I've already read and had loved reading at the time, and was happily surprised to see Usuzumi no Hate here You probably aren't looking for more suggestions nor will see this, but Shinozaki-kun no Mente Jijou was a fun take on the slice of life/magic realism genre, and Kodama Maria Bungaku Shuusei was one of the rare instances where a manga uses unreliable narration as a primary feature
BRO youre insane!!! i rarely subscribe to channels and my attention span is 2 seconds but i watch the whole hour beacuse of how well its made, the narration is insanely good and editing ITS BEAUTIFULLL!!!!
I found the other video a while ago looking to get into manga, and i found this video when i went looking for more. Still havent found my PEAK fiction yet, but I write the ones down im interested in and move on, love the content, PEACE!
Thank you for recommending Fool Night. Though it's got a bit of a slow start where you could tell the mangaka is still feeling out how they want to tell their story, it really picks up quickly. Needless to say it has me enthralled. I'm at a point where I have to put it down after every chapter because its wrecking me emotionally but picking it back up an hour later because I have to know what happens.
Man you have covered a bunch of hidden gem that love but nobody talk about. I just wish there was a Magus of Library recommendation. It is one of the best fantasy I have ever read, I rank it higher than delicious in dungeon, frieren and witch hat. The world building is just mind blowing.
if you liked Girls' Last Tour, you should try (if you haven't already read it) The horizon by Jeong, Ji-Hoon. its on the shorter end, so I recommend reading the whole thing if you find the time
So glad you read Nora and weeds, I love this manga dearly Back when you called us devils was such an interesting series, I don’t know how I feel about it Awesome video, my to read list is getting longer than I wanted it to be
Girls Last Tour Mangaka (Tsukumizu) has a completed manga that came out after it (2019-2023) called Shimeji Simulation that has a very dedicated fan base. It's so good, so creative, read it if you want to set yourself apart from other manga youtubers who haven't discovered it, it's really fantastic.
